A short but pleasant and unforgettable stay

The comfort in general, the size and furniture of the room. The private parking spot (free of charge), right in front of the entrance, is a big plus. What I will never forget is the staff, really professional and kind, always there to provide help and answer to any kind of request.

Very nice staff,, Mr. Abdul rahman is very cheerful and helpful, speaking Arabic very well. We booked rooms without breakfast and he added breakfast for free 😊 Good value with excellent location, only one minutes walk to Nizami street

The price is very nice. 3 - And the most important of all is to receive the treatment and the beautiful style of brother Abdul Rahman and thank him very much for his good morals and continuous cooperation.Thanks to the manager, a very adequate young man, he understands the main thing perfectly.

No smoking in all the hotel good for families 😊 The crew is very helpful and they served us and extended our reservation and made everything easy for us.. Especially brother Abdul Rahman and speaks Arabic fluently

Liked everything . Location, staff, cleanliness. The location is great, close to everything and the hotel is on a quiet street. This is not the first time I have been staying at this hotel. Price, quality is fully consistent. Advice communicate with the staff without problems, if something does not suit you, just let me know and everything will be great. Communicate with notes of humor and positive will not leave you for the entire period of your stay. Thanks to the manager, a very adequate young man, he understands the main thing perfectly. They asked for a standart room and they are waiting for us with champagne in 5 minutes in a deluxe room for the same price. Thanks to all.

The assistance provided by the staff especially Abdulrahman and Kamil. I really liked how the breakfast restaurant staff assisted us during breakfast.

Grat place to saty with a family

Being in the town close to everything with this amount of money is unbelievable and with the great employees help and guidance it was an exceptional stay. You feel that you are surrounded by family members and friends and feel safe. I recommend the hotel for families. The space in the family sweet was very convenient and enough for four. It was a hall and separate room. We liked every thing. Ask for Abdulrahman he speaks arabic fluently, Agha Ali and Esraiel and they will take care of every single thing you need. They don't hesitate a second to help. In the restaurant, breakfast was good and simple but the generosity and kind smile of Aida there will make your everyday breakfast a wonderful experience.

All was great. Operating again the coffee section in the reception will be a plus. But absolutely nothing was missing it was a friendly welcoming atmosphere.

5 Star!!!!???? maximum its a 3 Star downtown accommodation!

Only Location!

Only one hand towel for 2!!!!! Only one shampoo for 2!!! Only one room key for 2!!! Poor quality of mattress
