Excellent location, very central, excellent breakfast, wonderful staff.
The internet would cut every now and then when trying to have a video conversation. But it was good otherwise, no problem for emailing etc.

Однозначно лучшая гостиница в которой я оставалась. Находиться в пешей доступности от всех достопримечательностей города. Рядом магазин 24/7. Тихая и спокойная улица. Персонал отеля определенна делает всё ради удобство гостей начиная с уборки заканчивая слаженной работы ресепшна. Отдельное благодарность молодому менеджеру Салим. Он нам всё объяснил куда пойти что покупать откуда заказывать где менять деньги. Решал наши любые вопросы по поводу проживание. Мы снова сюда вернемся и будем советовать всем

Гостиница нам понравилась, вот только первый номер, в который заселили был холодный, так как из окна продувало.( еще был неприятный запах в сан узле. На третий день проживания, когда подружка уехала и мы остались вдвоем, попросили нам выделить другую комнату. Она была то, что нам нужно было изначально.
Комнаты чистые, убираются каждый день и полотенца меняют ежедневно.
Отдельное спасибо хотим выразить Салиму и Первину, если правильно помним имя, очень приветливые, отзывчивые и хорошие ребята.
Будем рекомендовать нашим друзьям оставаться в этой гостинице.
Расположение отличное, недалеко от старого города, пешком мин 10. Но так как город ветреный , мы часто пользовались такси, не понимая где именно находится гостиница.
Для такси скачайте приложение Yango, Uber у меня не работало, хотя оно есть в Баку. При вызове такси водители могут останавливаться не на месте и включать счетчик ожидания, будьте внимательны и в этом случае лучше его отменить и вызвать новый.
Так же будьте внимательны на базаре, если его решите посетить. Туристов могут обманывать и превышать цены, поэтому лучше пройти по всему рынку и только после делать покупки.
Билеты для туристов в музеи дороже , чем местным, поэтому если есть возможность заказать через местных, то сэкономите по 3 маната на билет).
Думаю вам поможет отзыв. Желаю приятно провести время в Баку.

We met the hotel owner, a very nice person who helped make our trip unforgettable. He attended breakfast every day. I personally asked if there were any problems with accommodation or any complaints. Гостиница однозначно находиться на высоком уровне. Высокая квалификация работников и администрации видна в маленьких деталях. От комфорта в комната ежедневной идеальной уборки. До прекрасного завтрака где всегда все горячее и свежее. И работы ресепшена которая решат любые проблемы и помогут как к родным людям. Были минусы как шум из окон из-за ветра. Отсутствие наружной парковки. Отсутствие лобби. Но семизведочный персонал своей работой и своим поведением затмил все недостатки.
Спасибо за незабываемые впечатления и за высокий уровень обслуживание.

Отель расположен в центре, рядом находится пешеходная улица, где много различных ресторанов. В отеле предлагается очень разнообразный и вкусный завтрак. Персонал очень приветливый.
Можно немного улучшить шумоизоляцию.

Reception desk convinced us to purchase a city tour from them.
A payment method for the city tour could not be made by a credit card, but cash only and therefor No receipt for the city tour package was provided. We were told the tour length going to be about 4+ hours and the guide is experience and speaks a few languages. The tour was scheduled for 10 AM on September 14, 2023.
The so called tour guide show up at 11 AM. He drove us to a park and said to go there for a walk, then to a mall. No any information or history about the country or the city. He was not a tour guide, but just a car driver. After about an hour we realized that we were screwed, we released the driver.
Upon return to the hotel we complained to the manager, his responds was he does not deals with tours and refered us back to the receptionist. After sharing with her our disappointment and feeling being ripped off, we even did not got any apology.
It seems the receptionist was running a side business and we were charged 120 manat, were we could just take a taxi to POI and pay in everage 2-3.5 manat to a POI location

Breakfast was too good with lot of variety and quality of food. I really enjoyed breakfast. Presentation was excellent and staff was courteous. Quality of breakfast exceeded my expectations. My stay here was enjoyable.
Room was neat and clean. The location of hotel was ideal to move around other places of tourist attractions. Staff was friendly and cared about needs of customers. I did not face any issue while living here for 4 days.

Location was perfect, very close to old town which is full of attractions. Room was clean and staffs are overall fine. Overall nice experiences here.
Breakfast was simple, cold breakfast. Little bit difficulties on communication in English.

Noisy street, incoming noise from cars/vehicles all night.
Our room's wash basin was clogged on the check in day and wasnt fixed until the next day.
There was no king bed, just two single beds joined together.
Had to call for an iron in the room atleast 5-6 times for 2 hours to get it.

The room was very nice and comfortable. The bed was nice and it was very clean. The bathroom was big enough so I could fully utilise it. They allow you to pay when you check out and not at check in which was pleasant.
There was a man at the breakfast each day that sat next to the door and the staff served him very carefully. It was very scary as he was so demanding and stressed the staff out. I was nervous myself watching it. There seemed to also be another manager in the restaurant that was VERY OCD and had to make sure everything was so perfect. As a customer it was very stressful seeing this. The teenagers working there needed a HUGE tip for the stress they were under but I was scared to give them one.
When I checked in there was a big verbal fight between the reception and a group of men about a debt that needed paying. We had to wait for our room and were stuck listening to the commotion. I was very amazed with how professional the bald man at the reception handled it. He was amazingly calm and professional. Unfortunately, when I wanted to pay for my room a few days later I had a problem with the reception myself. I had to think that maybe there was an issue with the payment system? I waited a few days later for a different reception person to be there and I was able to pay with no issues.

The walls are very thin, a lot of noise all the day of other guests, and really Noise problems out of the hotel.

After staying and paying the amount, they updated the booking as cancelled "No show" even after calling them the update still the same !
