We had a great holiday at the Playa de la pobla de la Farnals. We were met by the lovely Pamela who very kindly explained everything to us. We went there to watch the total solar eclipse and we found a fantastic spot on the beach just a few minutes on foot from the apartment. The apartment was modern, well equipped and overall quite clean. We were told not to use the dishwasher as there was an issue with it but everything else worked fine. The main bedroom has an AC and the dining/kitchen/living as well but the other two bedrooms only have a fan. The pool downstairs was fantastic and the fact that we could use it late at night after having spent the day running around was an added bonus. We enjoyed it a lot. If you intend to visit old town Valencia having a car is convenient. The metro station is in the village, not at the beach, but there's a free bus from Playa that takes you to it. From Playa you can also take a yellow bus which takes you directly to Valencia old town but coming back late in the evening is quite tricky as service is infrequent.
The balcony is not suitable for families with small children as the railing is very dangerous.
My son dropped something under the sofa and the space underneath was really dirty. I understand that it is a hard to reach spot but it really needs a vacuum as there were even some cigarettes and socks under there.

Las habitaciones amplias y cómodas.
El lavavajillas no funcionaba, pero la dueña del apartamento lo solucionó trayendo a una chica para fregar dos veces a la semana.
La piscina estuvo cerrada tres días ya que la estaban limpiando.
La pista de tenis no estaba abierta.
No había tostador, pero compró uno al día siguiente.

Very comfortable appartement, has everything you need. Very clean. Great host, who is available when you have questions. We loved our stay.
FYI the appartement is on the 9th floor and has a balcony. The pool is nice.
Be aware that it is 20 -30 minutes from Valencia by car and 1 hour or more by public transport. The bus stop is very near, 2 minutes.

Buena atención, nos dejaron hacer late check out sin costo añadido
El edificio es muy viejo, un elevador no funcionaba, para subir a un 9° había que esperar para poder tomar otro elevador, pequeño que siempre estaba con gente. Está a unos 800 metros de la playa, no es que sea primera linea. El departamento alternaba camas pasables/cómodas con camas viejas, blandas, incómodas. El equipamiento estaba justo (no había cafetera, al pedirla nos trajeron una rápidamente)
