Stayed here before and after my Mestia trek. Location is convenient enough to walk to all the major tourist attractions. Hotel helped store my luggage.
The owner is also the receptionist and was also very friendly :)
Try to ask for rooms that's facing the square instead. If you get the room facing the courtyard, the next door restaurant (club?) will be partying the entire morning until 6am so just take note. (I stayed on a Saturday night, but not sure about weekdays)

The location of this hotel is amazing, right in the centre of Batumi, a few minutes away from the embankment and the art museum.
The hotel is clean and well-kept. Our room was also clean and pretty quiet, given that it is very noisy everywhere in Batumi.

It was super clean. The staff was very helpful and accomadative. Location is centric close to the boulevard so u have everythin u need in 10 mins walking distance.
nothing to dislike, just 2 suggestions
1. pillows were too high,may be having couple of medium wud be good
2. a mat outside bathroom will be helpful
