PERFECT 10\10 AMAZING VIEW

It was very lovely the staff was 10/10 they were very helpfull and they gave us another upgraded room just to satisfy us to a room with a big amazing terrace the view was just so amazing. I loved staying there and believe me when I tell you I've been to lots of places and this customer service was the best I've seen

They are best to trap a customer and then ruin his stay

It was not clean. Very rude staff. Very congested rooms. No etiquettes. Cheaters in payment.

Tout c’est passé comme je le souhaitais

C’est un établissement ou le personnel est très ouvert au client très aimable très accueillant qui savent donner un coup de main au client la chambre ou je me trouver tout propre avec une magnifique vue avec terrasse chose qui m’a surpris je vous conseille très fortement cet établissement Merci à toutes l’équipe de cet établissement

TOTALLY CATASTROPHIC! DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL!

Handduk, sängkläder, tvål, får man en gång! Tänk om man vill bo där 10 dagar med samma handduk och sängkläder. Tvättmaskin kostar extra. Personalen stänger vattenledningen på nätterna. Trasig dusch, trasig toalett, trasig handfat, trasig hårfön, trasig diskfat, trasig köksfläkt, trasig lampa, TV kontroll utan batteri, trasig rutten soffa som luktar urin… jag har inga mera ord för detta boendet!

Disappointing Stay

Only good thing about the property is that it has a good location.

The bed linen was dirty when we arrived, we spotted hair on both the beds. We asked the reception to change the linen, but, sadly, they didn’t. The bathroom didn’t have a door lock and was dimly lit. The balcony was very dirty and had cigarette buds all over. The utensils in the kitchen seemed to be of the old era and weren’t usable as they were dirty too. Overall, our experience was bad at this place. I had seen negative reviews before booking the place, however, I thought of giving this place a shot, and it turned out to be bad.

On the web site information that children before 8 years can stay free, but they charged $400 for 2 kids 4 and 5 years old. Also, no internet in the room.

Not Satisfying

The location is relatively close to most places worth visiting in Ankara. Public transport is nearby.

(1) After arriving, we were told the booked room is not available; we agreed to stay in another room. (2) The other room was supposed to have a sofa bed, but it was a normal bed. (3) Facilities were lacking: we initially had two towels for three persons, which was fixed after a day. The same problem with blankets. Furthermore, the bidet was not functioning. Whereas it was promised that it would be fixed the next morning, it was not fixed until after two days. (4) The other room was a terras room, which is nice were it not that leaving the door open apparently results in ants joining your stay at the hotel. (5) Internal communication of hotel staff is terribly bad. As a result, we had to put forward our complaints every morning and evening, except for the last day of our stay. (6) Manager did not seem to take our complaints seriously. - The listed prices do not include spent time in putting forward complaints.

Gave my apartment to another person direct in reception it means i was a reservation when i came to apartment but he said didn’t have empty rooms and he didn’t make a cancellation my rooms😔😔😔

Great spacious loft apartments, great value for money, very friendly and helpful staff.

What did I like? Everything! This place is awesome, the staff are helpful and very friendly, and there is always someone available to help. It's even nice to just hang out in the lobby with them, they are very relaxed people. The room was very spacious and homey. The bed was very comfortable, as was the couch. Towels supplied. My room had a table that I could work from, the loft was very well-heated, and there was ample cupboard space in the bedroom. I could literally live in a place like this. The location is very central, there are so many nice places to visit within a 20 minute walk. The place was clean, and the staff offers a laundry service for a very reasonable price. If it's cold outside, just make sure to put aside a few days for the clothes to dry. Apparently, there is a tour guide on site who is also an archaeologist. I did not get to make use of his services, but next time I stay, and I surely will stay here if I visit Ankara again (for longer), I will certainly want to pick his brain about his archaeological knowledge. I did not make use of the wifi, so I can not make any comment on that. 10/10 Experience! BÜYÜK TEŞEKKÜR EDERİM!

The floors are nice and thick, but the walls are a bit thin, so neighbours can hear each other easily. That being said, this the norm for many Turkish buildings in general, so it's barely even a complaint, more something to bear in mind for prospective guests. If I really have to dig for any critical point, it would be that there could have been an extra bin in addition to the one in the bathroom. But really, that's all. Overall I was really really happy to have stayed here.

GOOD LOCATION, FRIENDLY STAFF

BEDS AND ROOM OVERALL WERE NOT UPTO THE MARK. THE BED IN THE SECOND BEDROOM WAS BROKEN AND WAS MADE A DENT WHEN SOMEONE TRIED TO SLEEP MAKING THE NIGHT VERY UNCOMFORTABLE. HEATING WAS OFF ON THE FIRST NIGHT WHICH MADE IT COLD AND FURNITURES WERE ALSO POORLY MAINTAINED. IN SHORT - I FEEL LIKE THIS PLACE IS KINDA NEGLECTED. A LOT OF POTENTIAL HOWEVER, NEGLECTED UNFORTUNATELY.

Good location but unfortunately lack of basic amenities.

Location was great.

There was no hot water during our stay. The unit seems to be under maintenance but still in use. Rather unfortunate for us.

everything is nice and comfortable. room located at 3rd floor. but building have lift facilities. no issue at all to bring all big bags to 3rd floor.

room lighting is not bright enough. lighting in living room is good n brighter.

Good value for money but I still don't recommend.

I liked the price until they charged me more because I brought a friend over and they said they have to charge me extra 25% to let my friend come in, it was embarrassing, and it was an awkward interaction for me.

They said there's a washing machine in Booking.com, when I got to the "Apartment" they had a laundry room and you have to pay to use it and it was also booked for the whole day.

Nothing about the property

Everything was horrible and deceitful. Apart from Emre this morning the staff were arrogant and we had the worst experience since visiting Turkey.

The morning reception Emre , He was the only staff member who was pleasant.

Everything. Apart from Emre who was kind and helpful, The staff were horribly arrogant and mocked and laughed at us. The room was filthy , they made us wait after we checked in in due to "cleaning the room" despite us checking in way after 12:00. There was not enough bedding towels or even cutlery and dishes. When they did allow us in the room it was absolutely filthy and stinking the few dishes that were there filthy too. They told us we need to pay them to clean the room for us.There was definitely extortion attempts as they tried to charge us for things we had already paid for. They refused to give us bedding for the people that we paid for.

The price per day was affordable and the apartment building is near by major attractions

The reception staff were not welcoming, rode and not welling to listen to my concerns. The rooms were not clean at all, the walls were dirty, kitchen plats have a sign of burns. I would not recommend anyone to staying at this place.
