Really helpful staff - helped me plan some hiking routes and even made me a coffee!! Also helped with a late check in and generally very communicative and lovely!! Bed was comfy and portable heater in room to help with a chilly night!

Quiet. Owner was friendly and so welcoming.
This is a backpackers, nothing more, nothing less. The room was basic, towels were threadbare, toilet hadn't been cleaned. Not particularly cheap if you are genuinely backpacking.
