Location, staff, room facilities, cleanliness.
A little bit dim lighting, not suitable for comfort reading during late hours.
The stream of showering is weak and inconsistent: it has bursts of hot and cold water

The beds are very comfortable. The views are amazing and you can hear the sound of the river running past 24/7. The fresh trout is delicious.
Nothing - it fits our needs perfectly.
