Excellent apartments situated centrally near the old town, with convenient access to the train station, airport, and more. The space was spacious, immaculate, and comfortable, fully equipped for convenience. The balcony with a small table offered a lovely spot to enjoy Krakow's beautiful summer weather, overlooking a picturesque park. The bathroom was spotless, equipped with fresh towels and a great shower. The small kitchen with a fridge was very helpful, even for a short stay. Entry codes sent via WhatsApp made check-in simple, and the staff communicated effectively. Overall, a fantastic place to stay in Krakow!
Just a small suggestion - it would have been wonderful if the complimentary bottled water had been chilled in the fridge instead of just being left on the side!

Easy to access the apartment with full instructions. The apartment had everything that was needed. Very modern, comfortable and clean. The location was great, just a short walk to the main square.
We absolutely loved our stay but if I had to ask for anything it would be a slightly bigger balcony. Ours was apartment 217, the balcony was very small. Looking at the building the apartments on the other side were bigger.

It was centrally located
Bad WiFi and they locked us out of our rooms (they have random key code locks) and wouldn’t answer their phones.
