I have stayed at this hostel on several occasions, and they are always making improvements. The staff are consistently friendly, welcoming and professional. I love the whole experience of meeting and sharing the hostel with people from all around the world. I always feel safe, comfortable during my stay.
Honestly, I loved everything about my stay. The only thing I didn’t like was having to leave — I wish I could have stayed longer!

The location was extremely convenient, and within walking distance from all main locations as well as from transport, making getting around and exploring really easy. The rooms were incredible, you get so much space within each bed/ pod. We felt extremely safe, comfortable and secure while there. Very clean aswell!
At times, it was loud and noisy during quiet time, but that didn't impact the quality of our stay.

Comfy beds
Bathrooms need looking at, very short timers on showers and also bathroom light turns off after 20 seconds and goes completely dark. Ironically does this also in the disabled bathroom when you’re having a shower which is not good for disabled people. I also paid extra for the small dorm to get good sleep but that dorm is located on the bottom floor next to the kitchen / lobby and was woken up at 3am by shouting loud guests chilling in the lobby which woke everyone up. Very annoying
