A really tranquil location. The room is spacious and airy - even in hot weather. Excellent shower. Very good supplies for breakfast. A lovely and very quiet, private garden. Good base for visiting Chichester and other interesting local places. Buses available. Friendly hostess who generously provided us with a box of goodies from her nursery on our departure.
Access from a busy road through a car repair place a bit surprising, and no pavement on the road but not the fault of the host!

Getting exactly what the photo shows. The bed was big & comfy. We had a nice sleep. The room also provided electric fan which was ideal for the summer weather. Brilliant! It included a range of good healthy continental breakfast. We feel one with nature during our stay and we got to enjoy seeing and hearing different birds around.
Best part: We got a bonus bag of their own produce from the host and we were so touched and greatly appreciate their generosity. They were superb and taste so good!!!
We loved it and enjoyed our stay and hope there was more or a bigger bottle for body soap for 2 people for two nights. We didn’t ask for this by the way which I’m sure would be provided if we did. Everything else was fab.
