The location is in a small village, nice and quiet with beautiful surrounding hills and wooded areas. Warm welcome by the host who explained all the amenities. There is the Unicorn Inn a 5 minute walk away with friendly staff and reasonable priced drink and food. The accommodation is excellent with some lovely touches.
Nothing to dislike. Expect countryside noises like pheasants, horses and tractors !

d:t find it.Very difficult to find in the village by car. Perhaps a small direction sign at the beginning of the village. Google could not find it.

Location was beautiful, it is perfect for Goodwood featival. Sarah was very kind and welcoming. Property was perfectly clean and very cosy.
There is no A/C, it was very hot this year
