The staff were friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the company and the communal areas (kitchen, sitting room with harbour views :-)) were clean, comfortable and very well-equipped. Location on harbour front is lively and was pretty quiet. Very good price for Tobermory accommodation. Bathroom facilities were fine.
I don't usually sleep in dormitories (at my age :-)!) so found that a bit challenging, but that was my own choice. The single bed in a 4-bed room was good and very comfortable; top bunk bed for the first night a bit tricky as negotiating exit to descend ladder is difficult — the gap to do so is very narrow!

The Hostel is in a great location and the facilities are great.
I think some of the mattresses are needing replaced
- a wee bit lumpy.

Great location right in town with a fabulous view of the bay. We had our own room.
Beds were uncomfortable.
