Very comfortable stay in a lovely flat.

Great location. Very comfortable beds. Beautifully proportioned good sized rooms. Comfortable sofas and well equipped kitchen. Plenty of hot water on demand.

Some areas could have been cleaner eg window cills and radiators. For the price of the property we would expect toiletries such as shower gel and shampoo to be provided, rather than just previous guests’ left overs.

Spaciious bedroom home on ground floor and on the main rood during fringe!

200 meters from Tesco and opposite a 24 hour general store, so we got all our supplies and made breakfast in the property. Kitchen was well equipped with everything!

The 2nd bathroom cubicle was way too small could do something better as the bathroom was huge and had a separate tub

Very pleased with our booking overall

Elegant, imposing, well equipped apartment with good facilities. Perfectly located between Leith and central Edinburgh and fifteen minutes walk from Calton Hill.

The decor, is looking a bit aged. Badly stained hall carpet. Windows really need cleaning.

Alles vorhanden, Super Lage.

Die Kaffeemaschine mit Kapseln, sehr umständlich für mehrere Personen. Filtermaschine wäre wesentlich günstiger und angenehmer. Wasserdruck in einer Dusche kaum vorhanden.
