This was an excellent place to stay. Very convenient walking distance to everything. Quiet side street. Plenty of room. washing machine and dryer combo was a blessing. plenty of room. Locker space in lobby to store bags after checkout or early checkin. (we did not need this trip). kitchenette was great. Would stay here again.

Pros: great location, good space, easy check in.
Cons: Towel full of lint, could do with bigger bowls, no cooking oil provided, smoke detector alarm went off so easily on using the oven (even if nothing was burnt), and heated towel rack could only be turned on when heating for the entire apartment was turned on (which made the entire place too warm, otherwise we had damp/ cold towels).

Great for families, incredible location 1/2 block off the royal mile. Pretty much everything within easy walking distance, including the train station. Great breakfast spot next door. Very pricy, partly because we went during Edinburgh fringe. One of few accommodations available that was centrally located and suitable for a family of four with two teen children.
