Nestled in Norris Lake, this lovely house for $625 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. It’s Five O’clock Somewhere is a luxury lakefront home located in the gated community of Lakeside Estates. It is in a protected, no wake, SEASONAL (April 1st - mid-October) DEEP WATER COVE on beautiful clear Norris Lake. This 4 ½ story, 4000 square-foot home provides 9 bedrooms and 5 1/2 bathrooms and sleeps 24(up to18 adults & 6 kids). There is ample indoor and outdoor seating for meals and gatherings. The outside steps lead to your own two-story covered dock with a slide and double waverunner docks. Our dock can accommodate 2 boats. The home provides access to large outdoor and indoor spaces. There are three large 30 foot outdoor decks, and two of them are covered with rain guard which allows usage even on a rainy day. There is an indoor fireplace and an outdoor fire pit. There are 2 outdoor furniture sets, a picnic table, wooden chairs at an outdoor bar, and a swing for large group seating. The 6 person hot tub sits under the starry night sky. There is a gas grill and gas griddle for big group cooking. MAIN LEVEL The main story has a full kitchen with a pantry and eating bar that is completely stocked for family cooking and eating. The granite dining table seats 12-14. The family room has a vaulted ceiling with two-story windows, stone fireplace with gas logs, three couches and a 55 inch TV with DVD player and surround sound. There is a King bedroom on this level and one full bathroom. UPSTAIRS The upper level has 2 king bedrooms with vaulted ceilings and each room has a private sink and vanity, NEW FLOORING INSTALLED DEC 2022. They share a Jack and Jill shower and toilet. The top level crow’s nest has 2 twin beds and a half bath. It is the perfect environment for children to have their own private getaway. LOWER LEVELS The lower level is an amazing retreat that includes another spacious area with a 55 inch TV, and surround sound. The expansive game room has a pool table/ping-pong table and dart board. There is a kitchenette with another full refrigerator, microwave, and commercial icemaker. There is a king bedroom, a bedroom with two double beds, and another full bathroom on this level as well. The lowest walk-out level has the third television/gaming and sitting area. There are two queen bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a bunk room bedroom (twins over fulls) and laundry facilities on this level. Walk out this level to the 30 foot covered deck to access the hot tub. All levels have gorgeous lake views. All rooms have ceiling fans. The house is meticulous and beautifully decorated. Most flooring was updated in 2018, new kitchen countertops and new sofas in main living space in 2021, game room updated in 2022, additional updated flooring in 2023. The private dock provides all day fun and easy access to your own boats. It is close to the Jumping Bridge and Sugar Hollow Marina. It provides a water paradise in the summer but is also a wonderful retreat year-round. The autumn leaves are colorful, and it is a cozy gathering place for Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s. Also a great location for hiking and ATV trails during fall and winter. It's 5 O'clock Somewhere is situated in Lakeside Estates on 188 acres of scenic mountain land and surrounded by a private cove on Norris Lake. Lakeside Estates features a gated entrance, pool, walking trail, private boat ramp, boat trailer parking, city water, and is minutes from several full service marinas and restaurants. This part of the lake is considered seasonal water and prior to April and after October 1st our cove can look more like a river than a lake. There is no guarantee that you'll have access to the dock, but the boat launch is available year round. This is a NON SMOKING home. Minimum age is 28 years to rent. ***Sunday to Sunday rental only during peak season.***

We have stayed at several different homes in Lakeside Estates and “It’s 5 O’Clock Somewhere” didn’t disappoint. Communication with the owners was excellent from start to finish. The house was the perfect size for our large extended family. Everything was clean and well organized upon check-in. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to cook large family meals. The cove is a super safe “no wake zone” for floating in the water even with young kids. We enjoyed all of the family spaces inside and outside of the house. We were able to park 6 cars out front. We easily parked a large pontoon and two PWC at the dock. The house was perfect for us.

Wonderful stay at this Lakeside property. The water was warm, great neighborhood, cove was fabulous. My family had a wonderful time and we didn't want to leave. Oasis Watersports was great to deal with in providing our boat. They delivered and picked up. Will be visiting this area again!

This was our second trip to Norris Lake with a group of 3 families. We had 6 adults and 6 "children" raging in ages from 16-20. There was plenty of room for everyone and space to hang out based on age groups. The dock was fantastic and had plenty of room for our boat, the rented jet skis and all the toys we brought. Having the lily pad available was a nice added surprise! Even though the weather did not cooperate during our week's stay, we had a wonderful time and can't wait to return to the lake!

Great property with many bedrooms, spacious kitchen, entertainment options and a swimming cove without a ton of high speed boat traffic. Convenient for days out on Norris Lake in the boat and relaxing evening swimming and floating at the dock.

I am really happy that we selected your property for our family's vacation.celebration. The property was just as described. Very .clean and well appointed. The kitchen was extremely well stocked, almost any utensil needed was there. Thanks. We were able to enjoy both being outside and inside, the weather cooperated. The only concern, not a critique is having a garbage disposal in the kitchen, that would have been perfection. But overall, we truly enjoyed our stay at your home.

This is an amazing lake house with everything you will need! Very spacious with 14 beds, hot tub, fire pit and two story deck with a slide. The location is perfect being right next to the jumping bridge. Also very friendly owners if you have any questions or concerns. Highly recommend!

Overall it was a wonderful experience. We had 20 guests and everyone was comfortable and had their own space. The lake and dock were so fun! There were a LOT of stairs! Kept us in shape! But if you have older guests it could be challenging. Really, my only complaint is that my daughter and I got there early to decorate for the birthday we were celebrating. We ended up using all of our extra time making 12 beds. Their Covid protocol” excuse is so ridiculous. Make the darn beds for your guests . The bedspreads are not washed which is gross. The bunk bed comforters were dirty and I pulled them from the bed and used other blankets . We paid a lot of money for a holiday 4 day minimum rental house- to have to make up that many beds was unacceptable in my opinion. Also, checkout at 10am is very difficult. Perhaps an 11am or noon would be more feasible. But again- other than that it was wonderful! We had an amazing weekend!

Our large family/friend group has been renting 13+years at Norris and Lakeside is one of our favorite areas. 5 O’clock Somewhere is, by far, one of the most spacious, well-designed, and cleanest properties in the cove. Better yet the beds/mattresses - unbelievably comfortable! Enjoyed having private rooms with mostly king/queen beds as we were adult couples - which is appreciated. Most amenities were provided. Only recommendation is a step stool by the commercial washer as my short legs had to jump to reach down in the laundry! 😂 Commercial washer/dryer also a huge plus. Thanks Amy for the wonderful accommodations. Perfect week & hosts.

Renting experience was seamless however a smoke alarm kept going off on Saturday afternoon, which is an early departure, as the alarm wouldn’t silence itself, causing us to leave early

Excellent house, great host. Had a wonderful time with family. I highly recommend this house to large families looking to stay on a quiet cove on the lake. Marina nearby to rent a pontoon boat. Walmart and another grocery store 15-20 mins. away.

The game room was great for our teens and the upstairs was great for big family meals. The dock and slide made the trip. Our kids decided they now like lake life more than salt life! The only thing that would have made it better is if floats/life jackets were available. Also, pay attention their directions, we trusted google and everyone in the car was car sick. Would definitely rent again.

We had a great time at It's Five O'Clock Somewhere for our family reunion. Great spot right on a bay with other vacation rentals on Norris Lake. We rented a pontoon boat from the marina and kept it at the dock for the week. We enjoyed swimming, going down the slide, hot-tubbing, grilling, and making s'mores over the fire pit. Just remember to bring your own floats and beach towels or buy some when you're there.

We had a great time at It's Five O'Clock Somewhere for our family reunion. Great spot right on a bay with other vacation rentals on Norris Lake. Great family vacation
The cabin was in outstanding condition with plenty of linens and dishware. Even the hand soap dispensers were full. The cabin had plenty of space inside and out to accommodate our family of 17 people. We could be together or we could find private space if we wanted. The location is ideal. It's at the end of a cove so there wasn't much boat traffic. The kids could play in the water all day. Yet the no wake ride back to the cabin wasn't long at all. We rented a boat and wave runner and the dock easily accommodated both. Good time.

Nice getaway
The house is very nice. There are five floors which helps keep people spread out and not feeling on top of each other. Everything was clean, well stocked, and functioning properly. The hot tub was great and our kids enjoyed playing pool / ping-pong. The only bummer was the lake was drained. I think this place would be great over the summer when the lake is full.
