It was a lovely building- though not close to haram, we had round the clock shuttle buses. Hotel was nice and classy

I enjoyed the overall experience at the hotel. The property has a modern feel and a calm, comfortable atmosphere, which made it a pleasant place to return to after a busy day in Makkah. The room was comfortable and the hotel was generally well maintained. I also found the staff helpful and welcoming throughout my stay.
There was not much to complain about during my stay. Overall, the hotel met my expectations and provided a comfortable experience.

Overall hotel is as rated. Its a very good 4 star with excellent facilities and staff. Asif one of the host teams was exceptional.
Shuttle service is a big let down, its almost a scam. There is a 10 minute walk to Haram from pickup/Drop off point. No management at either side, no queue system, staff fighting with drivers, drivers fighting with guests.
Management of the shuttle near haram is shambles. We witnessed a stampede after Fajr, people trying to get in. Women and children pushed around. Then waited almost 1 hour in the bus.
Best to drop off shuttle service altogether. Its not good for IHG brand.
If you end up staying here, get ready to walk as shuttle is hopeless. I am definitely not staying here.
I suggest having ticketing system for queue management and first come first board system can be managed, on both sides. Teach people to stand in queues. Or drop it altogether and use buggies and carts which can drop closer to Al-haram Mosque. Buses get stuck during peak hours (Salah time) and can take 45 mins to get there or come back. Bigger buggies may be able to go straight to haram.
