Location
I am extremely dissatisfied with the receptionist's behavior. She intentionally assigned me a room that did not match my reservation twice in a row. Her blatant lack of cooperation and unhelpful attitude caused me severe exhaustion after a long and tiring journey, forcing me to repeatedly move in and out with my luggage.

The staff were very helpful. Hotel rooms were really nice and we were very happy to have interconnecting rooms.
The didn't have any views and one of the rooms didn't have a window.
