Avevo prenotato una camera king con letto matrimoniale ma mi hanno dato una camera con tre letti singolo. Non sono mai venuti a pulire la stanza e mi sono dovuto arrabbiare per avere la camera Pulita. Il letto non è mai stato cambiato in 5 giorni. Non hanno mai disinfettato niente! Ringrazio il sig. SAMIR, che ha salvato la situazione dandosi da fare ed è stato molto gentile!

Relaxed and welcoming stay

Everything was good. The staff was lovely. The wifi connection was good. The room was clean and tidy with all essentials provided.

The kettle was broken, and the hairdryer was old.

Great distance from Masjid Nabawi and not far from airport. Enjoyed our stay.

Easy check in. Excellent distance from Masjid Nabawi. Great room cleaning service.

Comfort of beds. Shame don't offer free breakfast.

Very good and would recommend everyone who is able to walk a lot

It’s a proper 3 star facility with super class ambiance and environment, very clean and good service

It’s a bit far from haram but the price of the hotel compensated

Overall it was a very comfortable and good experience and if I come again I'll will only stay in this hotel

The location and the room were in very good condition The room service staff were very helpful

The reception staff couldn't understand English well and was difficult to converse as they couldn't understand what we were telling them

Overall front line staff require multi language skills,

Atmosphere at breakfast room was pleasant, members of staff was managing very well, food was overall available for everyone,

Housekeeping.breakfast menu.not proper access to reception and housekeeping. Intercom facility is not properly managed. No microwave available in whole hotel. Bathroom is too Small. Cannot even open your arms while bath.

Did have any option but to stay as other hotels were fully booked or a bit far.

The cleaners and waiters and the location.

The hotel is not five star at all. The toilets in the lobby smells and they spray bukhoor to make it smell better but in reality makes it worse. The rooms when we first arrived was so dusty that we got sick.we asked them to clean but they had to do in the morning as No cleaners . We told them to change our rooms but the one we had was better of.So we had to sleep in the dusty room. Their food is standard the toilets are not that clean feels like it’s leaking and there was a Morley smell when we came be sure to put the bathroom ventilator on to help with the smell.In the end our cleaner was such a humble guy we asked him to clean properly and mop and we had to inspect when he does it.It should be a low budget hotel with at-most 3 star but it’s not a 5 star hotel. We paid one day extra by mistake and when we brought to the hotel managers attention was approved but the supervisor and the receptionist were taking us in circles very frustrating.

No parking and no one was helping us to get the parking. would not recommend with family

The hotel name was not matching with the booking.com listing searched 1 hrs. to get the location.

not able to get near hotel and not got the parking and traffic police fined 350 SAR on us
