Mediterranean elegance

Minimalistic but elegant deco, the Mediterranean feel and relaxed atmosphere, the sublime cocktails and the fact that it was located in a busy marine but you were only aware of it if you step out. Cozy and small, but it had it all.

Super stay suites del Lago!

EVERYTHING!! Location Service food and value for money not having to leave resort. Pool service excellent. Hospitality and friendliness . Breakfast amazing and table service in part. Choice of food and menu. Room service , turning down bed service! Pool side treats and Room treats at end of day!! Nothing was a bother

Exceptional

The rooms are beautiful, so tastefully done , beds comfortable, shower pressure lovely. Nice touch to have a nespresso machine in room. When you get there they give you a lovely bracelet to be worn for the stay, this bracelet acts as an electronic room key to give you access to your room , nice touch. No need to remember room key ! Breakfast was delicious, plenty on offer to help yourself and the made to order service was quick and delicious, fresh orange juice the minute you sat down was also a nice touch . Pool areas were clean , one side warmer than the other , but nice to have that option depending on how hot you were . Cabanas and sun loungers were lovely . The gym on the suites side was small so we opted to use the one in the other section of their hotel for no charge , lots of equipment on offer and free towels. Reception were ever so friendly and helpful. Making restaurant bookings for us and ordering cabs was no problem whatsoever. We also used their lovely ecovan to transfer back to the airport I which they accommodated our cycling box , luggage and us in very comfortably Staff that went the extra mile for us were Pedro Asish Candy The hotel is so very well thought out for the client but also the environment Would definitely recommend and return

The marina by the hotel was a bit brits abroad for us so we headed out most nights to other areas. The cycle storage needs a dust and clean , doesn't feel safe enough to leave bikes , access was open and area looked tired. More 'easy' lunch options by the pool would be nice , sandwiches etc .. it was quite fancy for a pool lunch . Room 85 nice balcony view of the marina 👌 8

The perfect place to disconnect

The staff was very nice and polite, made us feel appreciated and kept an eye on any need. A special thanks to Hugo, who was a very pleasant waiter.

The room was nice, but we were a bit surprised for the lack of amenities (for instance some slippers or toothbrush). The bedsheets and pillowcases had some stains, which also isn’t quite expected from such a hotel. In addition to the cleaning part, when we went to the SPA we felt a little bit disturbed by the dirt in the jacuzzi and pool. However, I understand that this may be something unusual, so we are not really complaining because the overall stay was nice.

the Japanese restaurant was closed as were a few of the other facilities like the hottub. the service around the pool wasn’t very proactive

Relaxing, Comfortable, amazing food and wonderful staff.

The breakfasts and dinners in the ECO Restaurant were absolutely fantastic. The room was excellent with very comfy beds. Pools are lovely, the sun beds were quite private compared to other hotels. The Staff!

There was only orange juice as a cold drink for breakfast, Apple juice or Cranberry would have been a nice option. My pool side drink was served in a chipped glass.

Wonderful, far surpassed expectations and my partner now plans to visit again next year with friends

Wonderful, high-class but low pretention hotel. Everything was excellent, great food, great facilities, great location (two mins from the marina lined with restaurants). However in addition to all of this, what really made the place special were its incredible staff who continued to delight us in new ways throughout our stay. Really, really good and thoroughly recommend.

GORGEOUS!!!

Everything was perfect from start to end. The hotel is stunning, the room spacious with a beautiful interior, clean, and the bed extremely comfortable with a breathtaking view of the port. Most importantly, staff members went above and beyond to make sure we were happy at all times. Big thank you to Damian, Geni, Sanai, Estefi, Oscar, Claudia, Sara and Joan for making our stay memorable. We will see you again soon!

Close to paradise

Undoubtedly the best choice we could have made for our stay in Menorca. It is a classy and very comfortable hotel. They had every detail covered to make our stay memorable. The staff were very kind, and especially Braulio at the Kaypa bar as well as Ben made a difference to us. Breakfast was amazing with a combination of buffet and made-to-order options, natural juices and great coffee. The room was not huge but perfect for our needs, including a big bed, a great shower and all the ammenities. Overall, it was an excellent experience and we would certainly repeat and recommend it!

Everything was perfect. The only improvement opportunity is in the Talasso bar pool. If you order from inside the pool, they bring the drink from the bar nearby. Since they have the beer shooter and bar ammenities right there inside the pool, it would be even nicer if they serve you from there. It's a minor detail, but it could just make it 100% perfect. We also believed the hotel and surrounding facilities in the port were a bit overpriced, but it is expected as we stayed in the middle of the high sesson.

Fantastic place, great pool, service, rooms and restaurants

We had the best stay - the rooms were great, all the staff at the reception, bar, pool, restaurants, etc were really amazing. We went on two boat excursions arranged by the resort and Carlos (the captain) took us to see the most amazing beaches and caves around, served us drinks, sandwiches, etc it was a real highlight of our stay. The restaurants in the resort, the Japanese managed by a Michellin stared chef and the Peruvian were both amazing. On a completely different level from the other restaurants nearby, must be two of the best restaurants on the entire island!

Very nice hotel with friendly staff.

The room was beautiful and very clean. The staff very friendly and helpful.

It is called Suits del Lago, but the room was smaller than expected. We got a room with private pool, but it was facing the pool beds at the main pool, so we had people looking at us all the time… and we were facing them as well… very weird, if we knew we would have booked a room without pool. The food service at the pool beds ends at 5pm.
