Cleanliness
The massage therapist - too young and inexperienced. Massage on December 30 2024 at 8:00 am. Room cold ! Very uncomfortable! Therapist felt uncomfortable during massage. No personality - too young.
I’d like more lighted signs at night it was difficult navigating to the location. The signs should be big and happy - providing reassurance that we are traveling in the right direction.

Staff was great. The setting was unique with grapevines everywhere. The restaurant was exceptional. I would go back.
We had a coffee maker but no coffee. The staff provided upon request. Location is a little out of the way.
