Great location, convenient for walking around town and to the local cenote. The pool was wonderful for an afternoon dip after a hot day exploring. Staff were helpful and accommodating and the rooms were neat and tidy.

We really liked the location as well as the value! Super clean, super comfortable, spacious, and in the heart of the city! It is rare to find places that check all your boxes. We wanted a comfortable home base and that is exactly what Casa Rico was.
There is free parking but it is not ran by the hotel itself but instead there is some agreement between the hotel and a nearby semi private parking lot. This was totally fine with us as it was practically next to the hotel but just wasn't very clear prior to our arrival.

Location close to Cenote and city square, authentic feel, friendly, relaxed staff.
Shortage of clothes hangers.
