The esthetic is very pleasant, very nice communal area and comfortable bed.
The rooms are very small and not ideal if you're traveling with a lot of luggage.

Die Lage war sehr gut, vor allem, wenn man zur Cenote möchte
Die Zimmer sind total gemütlich mit genügend Stauraum, obwohl die Zimmer klein sind
Das Personal ist total freundlich und zuvorkommend, leider konnte ich nicht so gut spanisch, dass es nicht so einfach war, alles zu verstehen
Duschen und Wc sind sehr viele vorhanden und immer sauber
In der Küche gibts sogar einen Trinkwasserspender
Das Frühstück ist auch gut, vor allem der Espresso
Alles in allem, eine absolute Empfehlung! :)
Die Zimmer sind oben nicht geschlossen, somit ist es sehr hellhörig. Je nachdem, wie rücksichtsvoll die anderen Gäste sind, stört das gar nicht. Bei schwierigen Gästen kann das aber störend sein (hatte ich am letzten Abend)
Das ist aber Jammern auf hohem Niveau
Toll wäre noch ein 2. Aufhänger im Zimmer

De location is a little from the center and can feel a bit unsafe for a woman alone at night. But its walkable. The girls of the staff are friendly and very helpful.
The hygiene was horrible. We stayed 4 nights and chose this place because reviews said it was super clean and the pool area was nice. The showers and pool were cleaned ONCE during our stay. Disgusting. Bunch of dead leaves in and around the pool, spiderwebs on beds. The area being moist causing lots of mosquitoes and other bugs. We expected the room to be small, but it was extremely small. Could open only one suitcase and then no one can walk.
