Situated in Round Hill Village, this attractive condo for $324 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. VHR permit DSTR1428A Occupancy Rules: *Min age to rent any property is 25. *Per county rules: Weddings are NOT allowed of any kind or size, on the property or at the house. You will be shut down immediately and will lose the security deposit and will be subject to more fines. *You are only allowed 8 persons at any time at the house. This includes any diners or gatherings you may have. *Please help us to keep our home a vacation rental. NOISE ORDINANCE 9pm to 8am DAILY and is very strict in this neighborhood. * Fireworks, wood fire pits, and charcoal BBQ's are illegal in the Lake Tahoe Basin. *Parking: 2 cars allowed at house at any time. There is no street parking per county and fire safety rules. Pursuant to DCC 20.622.040 (D) (6) Failure to park in the designated parking spaces and/or display the parking permit may result in a citation and fine of $500 to the responsible party or person of the vehicle. You must display the parking pass in both vehicles during your stay. They are located in the rental house. *Please be prepared for winter driving conditions as we are above 7k feet in elevation, and we do get snow. VHR permit DSTR1428A This 4 bedroom condo is located in Lake Village, with in minutes of down town Lake Tahoe where there is plenty to do all year round. In the summer you can ride the gondola to the top of Heavenly for an amazing view, and with town minutes away you are also close to shopping and dining. Being centrally located you are very close to many beaches for summertime fun. You enter into the 3 story home to the dining area, & kitchen that also has a TV for entertaining and a cozy fireplace. There is bedroom 1 with a queen and a full private bathroom. There is a shared half bathroom off of the dining area. Above on the 2nd level is a big loft type living room that overlooks the dining area. There is a TV, sofa, shared full bathroom, bedroom 2 with 2 twin bunk beds, bedroom 3 with a queen. On the 3rd floor is a game room with a bunk bed (twin/full), a sitting area with sofas, and bedroom 4 with a queen and a private full bathroom. BR 1- queen BR 2- two twin bunkbeds BR3- queen BR 4- queen Loft area- bunk with twin/full ~ This home does NOT have AC.

This was a great place-especially for the price! There were a few things we hoped would be there- dish towels, coffee grinder and wine glasses. But overall great place to come with friends! We will stay again.

Two families stayed. We enjoyed having separate living rooms. The kitchen was great and being able to feed the crew at home saved a ton of money. Location was great. We used the clubhouse twice and it was perfect way to entertain our group. The staff in the clubhouse was friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

This property was cute and cozy, needed to be cleaned better as there were leftover ballons & confetti from past guest. Perfect for a large group was more than we needed.

Beautiful amount of room, beautiful wilderness property. Lots of hiking trails in the area. Great walking environment in the complex. Only complaint is a lot of the plugs didn't work properly in the property. Overall though, great place to stay!

My family had an amazing vacation at this property over 4th of July weekend. The unit is very spacious, even more so that the pictures show, and has multiple areas for socializing and sleeping. The location is extremely convenient and close to South Lake Tahoe, Zephyr Cove, Nevada Beach, and a variety of great hikes. There are several walking trails you can access directly from the unit, and we enjoyed these on many mornings. The clubhouse facilities were also a huge plus - my kids enjoyed the pool, pickle ball courts and tennis courts. I highly recommend and plan on staying here again next year!

The cabin was tired. Furniture was worn out, the chair in the living room is broken, coffee tables were wobbly. Housekeeping was not thorough, trash under dressers behind doors, kitchen utensils viably dirty, fans loaded with cob webs. Location also speaks of pool and outdoor courts all seasonal and not open during our stay. We even had to convince one of the employees at the clubhouse to let our kids use the playground one afternoon. Would have been nice to know that those things were all seasonal. Property management did not call me back until our departing day to day they would “look into the cleanliness” and never followed up. When you pay a $300 cleaning fee you would expect it to be at least clean all the other stuff was just unfortunate but definitely put a damper on our overall experience.

We rented the property to attend a wedding. Unfortunately it was a long hike through much snow to get to the entrance of the rental. The 3 floors with bathrooms on each level was nice. We did find a creature that was living in the rental. If I had know that it would be such a hike to get in I would have definitely looked for another property.

The place had plenty of towels and was clean overall (besides unwashed bacon grease pan). Unfortunately there were some things that weren't conducive for me to rent this place again.
1. The narrow path through the snow to get to the front door was quite icy, slippery and did not warrant well for a few 75 year old persons staying.
2. The temperature was all over the place and all people on the 3 levels had discomfort in the evening.
3. 3rd floor TV was wired wrong and also did not work with cable box.
On a personal level, the design of this place doesn't work for a family. The small first floor without enough room for a group to have dinner made it awkware. The 2nd and 3rd levels are wasted day space and used only for sleeping. For these reasons this place just didn't work for the group. This was the only place available since the previous I had booked had flooded a week before.

All around great rental! So much room and great location near town. 4 bedrooms and 9 beds, on top of 3 living spaces with couches and TVs. Would highly recommend this place.

it was nice and clean and had plenty of sleeping space. it is 3 stories high and each floor is very small so if you have a larger group it is harder to gather all on 1 floor for family movie night. it worked great for our group.

We appreciated this property for our Winter trip with our kids and some friends. Plenty of space. Had most everything we needed for cooking. GREAT location just 4 min from town. Quiet location. Had some signs that it hadn't been cleaned as thoroughly as I would have liked, but nothing terrible.

This was the perfect place for my friends and I who came up for the Tahoe Marathon weekend. It fit us all perfectly (no one had to share a bed), and was located exactly where we needed and wanted it to be.

The property was as described, however the photos do not do justice on the size of the rental. The rental seemed huge, we absolutely loved it. The location was great. We stayed during a heat wave so it did get a bit warm, but we anticipated it and brought our own fans. We did have a couple cleaning issues - one of the beds had dirt on the bed and under the covers and we found a dirty sock in the couch at our head level. Neither of which were a huge deal, but noting for full transparency. We very much enjoyed our stay and would return or recommend to others.

We specifically asked the owner of cats had ever been in the home as my wife is highly allergic to cat dander. When we arrived one closet smelled of cat urine and one door had scratch marks on it from a cat or dog. We were told no animals had ever stayed on the property. We had to leave and stay in a hotel.

Great South Lake Tahoe stay
7 family members gathered for laughs, food, drinks and good times over a 4 day 3 night weekend in July. Location was great. Quiet and clean community. Distance to downtown was good. We didn't realize it was a three story unit, but we made it work. There was no spa and we expected it from the description, so a bit bummed about that. There is a pool that we used instead. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Unfortunately, our stay began with the keyless entry pad malfunctioning. We were stuck outside with our very hungry 5 month old waiting for the property manager to answer the phone. Once I got through to him, someone was there within 30-40 min to let us in and replace the keypad batteries. The condo was comfortable enough, but pretty dusty/cobwebby. The recessed light in the downstairs shower had fallen out slightly, so I didn’t want use that shower. My husband ended up pushing it back in. The downstairs bedroom was big enough for to fit our small pack n play and quiet enough with a sound machine on. The kitchen was a good size and it was nice having a washer/dryer. The property was lovely and location was just minutes from state line, Zephyr Cove, and Safeway. The listing says the hot tub, pool, and rec center were closed, but we learned they were actually open. We were comfortable overall, but it was just okay.

Great family stay in Tahoe!
We enjoyed our stay immensely! The house was comfortable with plenty of space for our two families. The bunk bed room was a hit with our kids and the space gave them room to explore. The kitchen was outfitted with all our needs to make our own meals when we ate in and was close to town for meals out. Would recommend this property and stay again on our next trip to Tahoe.

Lake Villge House was a nice experience. Arrived to a spacious 4 bedroom with a cozy fire place and roomy living spaces. All of my guests enjoyed their time there and it was just what we expected. We were able to cook, and spend quality time with eachother through our entire stay. We were even able to get in and out of our parking spot despite the crazy Tahoe snowstom. Definetly reccomend staying here!

Tried to make a change to reservation length (5 to 4 nights) and was denied despite availability on following days. Would have appreciated a little more understanding.

First off let me just say that the location of the condo is great . Its close to everything and it has been updated . My experience was awful when we checked in first thing noticed was the crumbs all over the black couch the floors where not swept. So That prompted me to further investigate the rest of the home . The toilets had hairs on them under the kitchen bar area there was a dirty foot print toes and all on the wall . a smashed bug on the wall with a shoe print . ringlets all over the marble counters bathroom and kitchen so they weren't wiped and you don't want to even know about the door handles those where so full of grime that's just the first floor the second floor bunk room had a broken curtain rod just hanging in the window cereal on the stairs with chip crumbs nothing like the reviews I had read . good thing me and my wife took cleaner and wipes with us . we reached out to the property manager and he said he would send his cleaning lady back by the time she got back we had wiped and swept the whole first floor .. She showed up with a vacuum one spray bottle and a bag of towels … mind you this is a three story . by this time me and my wife where very frustrated we spent a lot of money and to walk into that is unacceptable. I told the cleaning lady that this is unacceptable and asked her to leave us the vacuum I mean supposedly she was there already and didn't see any issues and I wasn't about to hover over her to make sure its done properly . so after 3 hours of cleaning this place we where finally able to move the kids in and bring in our things. I sent a text to the property manager and asked what the remedy would be for this inconvenience he said " me sending the cleaning lady back is my remedy" . tried to call him and he didn't answer after that . I have stayed at a few VRBO locations and never have had an issue like this the difference is that the actual owner of the home was my point of contact and when you deal with the actual homeowner they care about their property . this is a property management company its just a business to them I felt like they just don't care .

We booked when things were cheaper, thankfully, otherwise I probably wouldn’t recommend this place for over $250 a night. If you go during a heat wave there’s no AC. Upstairs was at least 90 degrees. Ceiling fans were a plus. Also the power on the second floor kept turning off so we had to continue to flip the breaker switches. No space for eating. We ended up getting our beach chairs and eating outside, which worked since the house was insanely hot. Not much natural light or windows since it’s a 4plex. Good for multiple families with the 3 levels but only two cars can park. Also the club house pool you can only have 6 people at a time, yet you can have 12 people in the rental. The pool was empty and this still wouldn’t let us use it. Ceiling fans are layered in dust. Might want to address that. Decent for the price and location was great. But would not pay what they are asking now or stay during the summer months again!

We enjoyed our stay at Lake Village, it is in a convenient location to travel around the lake and a short distance to the casinos and Heavenly which has many restraunts and activities.
The unit itself is 3 floors so our 2 families of 5 could easily spread out.
Upon arrival at 4 PM, we found all of our towels still wet in the washer and dryer. We had to run the dryer a couple of times before they were all dry. Upon removing them from the dryer we found that we were only given 2 wash clothes and 1 hand towel for 10 guests. We called to request more, but it wasn't until the next evening that we received these. Be aware that this unit does not have air conditioning. This was our first trip to Tahoe and I am not familiar with the usual temperature of the area, but the days were hot for us. There are ceiling fans in each bedroom, the kitchen did not have a ceiling fan and it would be quite hot.
Be aware that currently the pool is only open to 4:30 PM. The pool is far from this unit. We had to drive to get to the pool.
