About this house rental
Nestled in Marla Bay, this attractive house for $279 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. Summary: Presented & Managed by Tahoe All Seasons Properties Our beautiful townhome is in a private gated community only two miles from downtown casinos, Heavenly Ski Resort, restaurants, and shopping. The townhome is 1,700 square feet and backs up to a peaceful meadow. The views from both decks are unobstructed and an enjoyable area to relax. The home is two stories with upstairs living to maximize views, three bedrooms, and three bathrooms. The home features an electric fireplace, a bbq, a dining set on the deck, kitchen utensils, linens and towels, televisions, digital cable, and a DVD player. Guests feel right at home in the very comfortable large living spaces. The condo is only a short walk away from the private beach. During the summer months, guests can go swimming, do nearby water sports, relax in a floaty on the lake, or catch some rays. The complex has tennis courts and a ping pong table during the summer available, too. In the winter, the beach is quiet but still offers beautiful sunsets and a relaxing atmosphere for sitting on the beach. Not far from the condo at South Lake Tahoe and Stateline, there are so many things to do, such as golfing, skiing and snowboarding, horse-drawn carriage rides, hiking on the famous Tahoe Rim Trail, sledding, mini-golf, seasonal ice-skating at The Heavenly Village, shopping, restaurants, and more. The condo's comfort and location make it the ideal place for the next vacation in Lake Tahoe. HOUSE RULES: Check-in after 4 pm Check-out before 11 am Children/Family-Friendly NO parties/events: Notice that gatherings and events that exceed the maximum occupancy of the vacation home rental are prohibited. Maximum Nighttime occupancy: 8 guests Maximum Daytime occupancy: 16 guests Minimum age of primary renter 25 THE MAX OCCUPANCY INCLUDES CHILDREN & ADULTS. RENTERS ARE NOT TO EXCEED THE OCCUPANCY MAX. THIS IS VERY STRICTLY ENFORCED! Please Note: The townhouse is in a condo association. Each unit is individually owned and managed. Therefore, we do not create the HOA rules and guidelines. Please read and follow the HOA and county rules. They are enforced by the HOA and Douglas County. Side Note: Like most homes at Lake Tahoe, there is no air conditioning in the home. Fans are provided. Fire/Smoke Season can affect air quality. Please review our cancellation policy as we do not provide refunds due to air quality. All renters are to check in with the HOA office at arrival to a stamp on the County Parking Pass, which is e-mailed before arrival. The parking pass must be on the driver's side dash. Parking: Each PineWild unit is guaranteed one parking spot. Additional cars can park at nearby parking garages or lots. Your designated 24-hour local contact person for any rental issues is Brandon. We do not allow rentals to groups under the age of 25 years old!! We require a copy of the renter’s driver’s license as proof of eligibility to rent, per Douglas County rules. $50 Cancellation Fee Vacation home rental permit # DSTR1348P THIS IS NOT A SKI IN/SKI OUT HOME. Distance to Heavenly is about 10-15 min away. Notification to Renters: You will be issued a parking permit which they must display on the driver’s side dashboard of your vehicle and “failure to park in the designated parking spaces and/or display the parking permit may result in a citation and fine of $500 to the owner of the vehicle”. Quiet Hours:9:00 pm and 8:00 am and will be strictly enforced

The condo felt much bigger than what was pictured in the photos. It also was for the most part, very clean. It is a bit dated, but the living furniture was newer, and the sofas and beds were very comfy. All TVs were flatscreen.
If you're low maintenance, this place is great. If you like modern upgrades, this place might not be for you. For our simple family with two toddlers and also an aging (grand)parent, this place was awesome.

We had a wonderful time. The rental was comfortable, and pretty clean. Plenty of couch space and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen is fine for a beach/mountain vacation. The beach is a 4 minute walk and M-F we had it to ourselves. We spent a lot of time there and loved every minute. The location is very convenient to everything else we wanted to do - South Lake Tahoe, incline, and the pizza place across the street is great, too.

Lake Tahoe Beach Bliss
We had a wonderful time. The rental was comfortable, and pretty clean. Plenty of couch space and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen is fine for a beach/mountain vacation. Great Quiet Rental
The reservation and check in procedure were very easy and the rental was just as advertised. It was perfect for 4 of us for a week.
One maintenance item which could use some attention is the hole in the upstairs patio screen. There is a wasp nest somewhere nearby (not unusual), and the hole allowed 3 or 4 of them to get inside throughout the week. It wasn’t a big deal for us, but it could be for someone with a severe allergy if stung.
Overall we really enjoyed the secluded neighborhood and enjoyed our week there. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

The view of the meadow was spectacular. Had a great barbecue on the upper deck. Everything you needed was there in the cabin. The Property Management was wonderful. We were lucky to be able to get a second spot for parking because over the Fourth of July weekend virtually every space was taken. That would be the only knock we would have on the entire weekend.

Loved the meadow view! Comfortable and spacious for our family of 5 adults and 1 child. Private beach access a plus. Beautiful landscaped grounds and secure property. Our third time staying at here. We'll be back!

Lake Tahoe Family Reunion
I'm a Lake Tahoe local and used Tahoe All Seasons Properties to book 2 properties for my family to visit during the summer. The properties were close together and accommodated the size of my family. There were activities near that appealed to everyone in our group. The properties are so close to the lake that it was hard to keep the kids away and the adults enjoyed relaxing on the beach. We were walking distance to Roundhill Pines Beach where you can rent watersports equipment. The 2 back decks of the property face the open meadow and offer the perfect setting if you're looking for a place to relax or read a book in the beautiful outdoors of Lake Tahoe. The house was spacious and just had a homey feel. The house is equipped with WiFi and TV if you're looking for some down time in the house. Will definitely return and recommend!

We had an amazing weekend at Lake Tahoe. The condo was excellent, clean and the beds are very confy. The condo is supplied with all items needed to cook etc. It is very close to many activities in Lake Tahoe stores, casinos, snow. :) They have a amazing private beach which we took beautiful pictures. We had a awesome family night playing games by the fire place. It also has a deck with a BBQ pit. I can't wait to go back.. :)

Fun family getaway
I had an amazing vacation with my family this week. The condo we stayed in was cozy with the kitchen, living and dining room all open to one another. The fireplace kept the upstairs nice and toasty while we gathered around and played board games while the rest of us cooked and barbequed off the deck. We cooked every night, and had everything there at our convenience. The grocery store was located a couple miles away, which was perfect. Best of all, I loved walkng around the corner to the private beach while I drank my coffee and sat on the pier while my kids skipped rocks in the water. I love coming back year after year for our winter and summer trips! I recommend everyone does the same! :)

Awesome condo!
This condo just felt like home. It has everything a family needs. It's very cozy. The location is just great it's right by the lake and it's only a few miles from the casino. I would visit this place once a month if I could. I can't wait to come up here and stay again very soon.

Perfect for Christmas Ski Trip
We loved and it thought thr condo was great. Location is good, amenities are all included and it fit our family perfectly. Everything in the condo says late 1970's or 80's, but works perfectly!

Home away from home...
Location! Location! Location! This condo is amazing! Can't beat being right next to the lake in a gated community and only a couple of minutes away from the casinos! On top of the great location, this condo felt like home! Had everything I needed from washer and dryer downstairs, to the BBQ on the balcony! I wouldn't mind calling this my second home if I could. Definitely would recommend this condo for any trip to Tahoe, winter or summer.

The most perfect and affordable condo!! SO HAPPY!
We came up here for New Years weekend, which is one of the busiest days for Tahoe. Brandon was very helpful and reliable when it came to booking the condo with only a month away from New Years! Seriously, I was so lucky to find this rental online with not that much time left. Our trip was for Snowglobe, which was PERFECT because the condo is only 3 miles away from the shuttle pick up of Snowglobe. It is also through the back way, so you miss the town heavy traffic. We also went to Heavenly during the day, which was only 15 minutes away from our condo. The condo was seriously in the BEST location.
The condo was everything I wanted and moree. The three bed rooms were all large and spacious with queen beds in each one. Honestly, I ended up the majority of the nights on the comfy large wrap around couch in the living room. The condo is 2 stories, with two rooms on the bottom and one on the top. Bathrooms for each room also. The view we had was probably my favorite part. Overlooked the meadows with tall trees in the backyard and a patio on the 2nd floor to hang out on if you'd like. Kitchen as fully stocked, but you may want to bring your own spices, of course.
I overall enjoyed my experience because the condo was beautifully clean and cozy, Brandon was quick to respond to my questions, I.E. a text in the morning for late check out, and the location was perfect. I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend this rental :)
