Located in Marla Bay, this charming house for $244 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. Summary: WELCOME TO TAHOE ZEN! Presented & Managed by Tahoe All Seasons Properties We are in the exclusive PineWild gated community at Zephyr Cove, Nevada with private tennis courts and a private beach with a pier. We have the best of both worlds private, safe, and quiet home, yet less than 3 miles from the Casinos, Heavenly Gondola, South Lake Tahoe downtown, and 20 minutes to Carson City, the Capital of Nevada. Our 1,833 square foot, three bedrooms plus bonus room, three bathrooms, two balconies, and two wood-burning fireplaces home face the Meadow and Forest. Imagine yourself sitting back on the Adirondack chairs, drinking coffee or reading one of many books in the home, and facing the view listening to the birds and smelling the fresh mountain air and pine trees. Watch the sky turn vermillion as the sunsets with a glass of wine while grilling your food on the brand-new Weber grill on the upper deck. Do you want a place where you and your family can relax on the Tahoe beach and not have people on top of you? Especially during these crazy times, our Pinewild beach is a Godsend! You won’t have to bring anything to the beach but yourselves. We have a SUP, two-person kayak, beach chairs, umbrella, towels, toys, etc. The Space: First Floor: Welcome! Please use the bench to take off your shoes and stow away your shoes in the cubby. The first room on the right has one bunk bed and one twin bed with a large walk-in closet with an ensuite bathroom tub over the shower. Walk straight to the back, past the full-size washer and dryer to the spacious master bedroom and bathroom with a separate shower and tub. The master bedroom has a new Cal King size high-end luxury mattress with pillow top cover, a down comforter, wood-burning fireplace, 55” HD TV, DVD player, and private deck. Second Floor: The upstairs has high vaulted ceilings with wood beams and an open concept kitchen and family room. Two large comfy sofas face the wood-burning fireplace, 65” brand NEW smart TV, and deck with a view of the Meadow. A Yamaha 88 keyboard and guitar for amusing musical talent. The kitchen is FULLY stocked with dishes, utensils, coffee maker, rice cooker, toaster oven, spices, condiments, etc. And a BRAND NEW STOVE AND OVEN! Throw the dirty dishes in the brand new Bosch dishwasher, and forget about it! There is a full bathroom upstairs with a shower. The large 3rd bedroom has new Cal King size high-end luxury mattress with pillow top cover, a down comforter, an extended room with one twin bed, and a plethora of board games for family game night. All closets have extra blankets, down duvet comforters, and a pillow library. (Tempurpedic, down, synthetic, firm, soft, no-snoring pillows, etc.) Wifi high-speed internet 5G and 2G throughout the home.   MAX OCCUPANCY: 8 THE MAX OCCUPANCY INCLUDES CHILDREN & ADULTS. Please review our cancellation policy as we do not provide refunds due to air quality.  Side Note: Like most homes at Lake Tahoe, there is no air conditioning in the home. Fans are provided. All renters are to check in with the HOA office at arrival to a stamp on the County Parking Pass, which is e-mailed before arrival. The parking pass must be on the driver's side dash.    Parking: Each PineWild unit is guaranteed one parking spot. Additional cars can park at nearby parking garages or lots. Garages and lots may charge an overnight fee. Your designated 24-hour local contact person for any rental issues is Brandon.    We do not allow rentals to groups under the age of 25 years old!! We require a copy of the renter’s driver’s license as proof of eligibility to rent, per Douglas County rules.    $50 Cancellation Fee   Notification to Renters: You will be issued a parking permit which they must display on the driver’s side dashboard of your vehicle and “failure to park in the designated parking spaces and/or display the parking permit may result in a citation and fine of $500 to the owner of the vehicle”.  THIS IS NOT A SKI IN/SKI OUT HOME. The kitchen stove didn’t seem to work well. It took a long time to get hot. The dishwasher rocked like it was going to fall over and the shelves came out when the doors were opened. Otherwise, it was amazing!

Quiet, conveniently located, great access to beach, lots of activities for kids both in the house and on the water. We will definitely consider booking again for our next trip to Tahoe.
