Summary: Presented & Managed by Tahoe All Seasons Properties Wonderful 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom condo in the gated community of Pinewild HOA. The home looks over a beautiful meadow from the two back decks, within a minute's walk to the private beach in Pinewild featuring a private swim area, and community tennis courts. Pinewild is in Zephyr Cove near grocery stores, Edgewood Golf Course, Heavenly Mountain Resort, casinos, and Heavenly Village. The location and area amenities are sure to make your holiday one to remember. After a day out, come back to the comforts of home away from home. The condo features two fireplaces, a fully equipped kitchen, three full bathrooms, a master king bedroom, a twin beds in another room, a queen bed in the upstairs room, a large couch for lounging to watch tv or the fire in the fireplace, large dining room table for meals and family games, a washer, a dryer, and bedding and linen essentials. The Space: The quiet condo with meadow views and steps away from the private beach are a vacation dream. Enter on a covered porch, to keep winter and summer gear, and step through the door. The first bedroom downstairs has twin beds with a connecting bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The master suite is also downstairs and has a fireplace, king bed, connecting bathroom with shower and bathtub, and leads to one of the back decks facing the meadow. The upstairs opens up to the open floor, third bedroom, and bathroom. The third bedroom has a queen bed and an attached bedroom room with a twin bed. This is more of a half bedroom than a full bedroom. You have to walk through the third bedroom to get to this bedroom. However, it does have a door for privacy. The bathroom is not connected to the bedroom and has a shower. There is Wi-Fi internet and a smart television in the living room to watch your favorite app subscriptions. Fans are provided. Fire/Smoke Season can affect air quality. Please review our cancellation policy as we do not provide refunds due to air quality.    Please Note: The townhouse is in a condo association. Each unit is individually owned and managed. Therefore, we do not create the HOA rules and guidelines. Please read and follow the HOA and county rules. They are enforced by the HOA and Douglas County.    All renters are to check in with the HOA office at arrival to a stamp on the County Parking Pass, which is e-mailed before arrival. The parking pass must be on the driver's side dash.    Parking: Each PineWild unit is guaranteed one parking spot. Additional cars can park at nearby parking garages or lots. Garages and lots may charge an overnight fee. Notification to Renters: You will be issued a parking permit which they must display on the driver’s side dashboard of your vehicle and “failure to park in the designated parking spaces and/or display the parking permit may result in a citation and fine of $500 to the owner of the vehicle”.  THIS IS NOT A SKI IN/SKI OUT HOME. Been vacationing in Pinewild for decades, staying in lots of different units. We love Pinewild’s location and especially the private beach and the wonderful lake and view. We had a fun week staying at this unit with family and the management /rental contacts were very responsive and helpful. Overall though, we found the unit to be a bit beat up and lacking those kinds of things we’ve come to expect, especially now given the cost, such as beach chairs, beach towels and the special kind of umbrellas now required on the beach. The dish washer only worked the first night and kitchen cupboard space is limited (lots of owner locked space around the unit), the washing machine needed handholding to get through a cycle and the couch on the patio was unusable allowing room for only a table for four. There were other items that contributed to the overall sense of lower quality and age compared to other units but to be fair, none of this prevented us from enjoying our family gathering.
