Location was good, obviously just off high St so there was noise. Ear plugs recommended
Oven could have done with another bracket, had to hold with 1 hand when opening to stop it slightly moving forward,
Previous occupants Search history on the TV would have been better deleted.

Was able to leave our bags in the room 1 hour before check-in as we were greeted by the cleaners. Once-checked in, we asked if there a free-standing mirror available, but the cleaner reported she had a replacement for the missing mirror in the bathroom. It was replace on our return to the room. The staff we came across were polite and very helpful. The location is excellent for a night out. We went to the Mayflower and had a meal before and drinks after. We was never no more than a few minutes away from everything you was from a city centre night out.
It would have been useful to have another mirror in the room for doing hair/makeup - near to an electrical socket. There also wasn't a hairdryer in the room. Some upgrades like USB sockets would be good too. The wooden blinds look nice, but shut out little light in the morning. Our scoring would be higher if it was priced lower, but for £100/night, I think if should feel a little more like 'home-from-home' with all the amenities included.

Location is excellent for West Quay and the Mayflower theatre.
The apartment is well equipped with a kitchenette and TV.
The bed mattress is very soft - it's like sleeping on Tigger's bottom.
Even though there's a decent lift to floor 3 there are still stairs to climb and they're not all a consistent height.
Right in town so can be noisy if the nutters are about.

Very central, bed was very comfortable.
Shower door wasn’t attached. Apartment wasn’t the cleanest. Nosy neighbours between 2:30am and 5am.
