The agents were really friendly and helpful, allowing us to leave our suitcase at the office during the day while we were out exploring Naples.
Even though we confirmed our arrival time through booking.com, this wasn’t communicated with the person checking us in so she arrived nearly an hour late.
It also wasn’t clear when we were booking that the living and kitchen are communal spaces.

The property was very modernised, I loved the layout, and the balcony view was perfect, you could see the sea (so a bonus in the summer). The bathroom was spacious and had a walk-in shower.
I didn’t like the location, but that’s not specific to the property, more so of Naples in general. I didn’t feel overly safe, but I did travel for football specific purposes and Naples does have a history of having violent football fans. It’s worth noting that the city is extremely hilly, so if you struggle with walking might not be the best for you.
