The staff was wonderful and very accomodating of our request to store bags before/after check-in. As a family of 4 we booked the triple which was extremely large with more than enough room. Breakfast can be delivered to the room which I would recommend in retrospect - we opted to visit the cafe instead which was one of the typical standing room only coffee bars and not ideal for a larger group. However, the location is great for shopping in Chiaia, and is less hectic than the Spanish Quarter or the Centro Storico, which suited us better with young kids.
The rooms can be buzzed directly from the street entrance in order to let people in when the reception is closed. Unfortunately, someone kept buzzing our room late at night trying to get in. Not the fault of the hotel, just a hazard of staying in a busy area.

The location in Chiaia is the best area to stay in Naples — central, safe, and walkable to everything. The rooms are huge, much more spacious than we expected, and beautifully kept. We loved it so much that we booked again for our return trip through Naples on the way back from Positano!
Honestly, nothing — we had a fantastic stay.

Very good location, Chiaia is really the place to be in Napoli. Spacious rooms. Cannot assess breakfast but bear in mind it is served either in a cafeteria close by or brought in the room. Staff was friendly
The bed was not comfortable at all. The room was super hot - truth is we didn’t switch on the aircon but we were there mid April with 20 degrees high temperature. Normally we shouldn’t need air con. I didn’t get any sleep at night
