Location. Quiet,away from centre but walkable distance into town. Good access by bus from end of the road.
Property was spotlessly clean, host very helpful and informative. Great shower and comfortable bed.

The location was very convenient, as we avoided the traffic of the old city and also had easy access to the town by bus. The house was clean, quiet and had a really nice garden where we could sit whenever we wanted. The host gave us very useful information about restaurants and the city and made our stay in San Sebastian something to remember.
I don't have something negative to mention, especially considering the price that we paid for such an expensive area during the high season.

Location might be far from other properties in Donosti but worth it because you get not only see all of the city on bus. You also get free breakfast and SPACE

Very kind and friendly host along with his dog Joy.
Location was further out than we thought, although after a easy 5/7 min walk to the main road
their was an excellent bus service no 28 into the city.
No Kettle in the room or TV, a bit to quiet unfortunately for us.
Breakfast was very simple, could be a lot better with a few more additions ie hams, cheeses, assorted fruit
and served earlier than 9am
