The hotel is very near to the nice beach, only a few minutes walking. It was quiet. The room was clean, has AC and hot water. The owner was very friendly, helpful and nice. He welcomed me warmly and helped me to book the drive to the airport. The price was quite cheap. It was nice for a short time.

Clean and good location as described
Although the room and sheets etc were clean they were tired and worn, it looked like the place was undergoing some upgrades rewire etc. but the price reflects that. Cheaper than cheap.

I have been to Negombo 6 times, and the best accommodation quality/price. Perfect for spending one or two nights in Negombo. A modern bathroom! One minute from the beach and 20 seconds from the main street with restaurants and supermarkets. And Kavinda is very friendly and attentive.
