Very helpful hosts. Location is nice and the hosts were even willing to hold my suitcase which was super nice of them. Room was clean and tidy and looked as per the pictures.

Great location, within walking distance to the big beach, bars, restaurants and shops. Surprisingly quiet considering it's location. Property located in an interesting area of Negombo. Spacious property with good facilities. Outside shaded seating area. Owner available 24/7 via the phone. Great value for money. Would stay here again. Can recommend.
The ground floor Room 1 ensuite window needs a screen.
