All of us enjoyed out stay here! We are a family of 20 - there was plenty of room for everyone to hang out and sleep!
The kitchen was great! Sooo much room - 2 of every appliance - including ice machines! It certainly worked for our large family! Outdoor pool/putting green and play area was wonderful too! Great place for a family vacation! Also - the view and sunsets were amazing!

Our group of 9 thoroughly enjoyed every minute of our vacation, primarily due to this location. The amenities in the house were perfect. Two of everything in the kitchen was soooo convenient!! The property was beautiful and well-kept, and its location was very convenient to I-270 and central avenue making it easy to get everywhere quickly and easily. Very convenient to Hot Springs Marina where we rented a pontoon boat that we were able to dock conveniently in the covered dock. Seth, the manager, stopped by to check in and make sure everything was good. Without reservation I recommend this property. I've rented multiple properties along the lake over the last 10 years. This is by far the best.

The property and house were absolutely amazing. We had a large group of 17, age range from 9 to 73, with one in a full motorized wheelchair. The house was very open and accessible for the wheelchair; porches, patios, etc. The elevator was a little tight for the large wheelchair but we were able to maneuver without incident. The house offered everyone enough room to have their own space but also plenty of gathering areas as well! As other reviews state..you don’t even want to leave the property since there is so much to enjoy there. We spent most of our time in the pool or floating around on the lake but if you wanted it was just a short trip into town. Highly recommend this property for your next gathering!

Two refrigerators, two ovens, two microwaves and best of all—-two ice makers! We had our 4 grown and married kids and 10 grandchildren with us ranging from 3 months to 20—and every had enough space to chill out. Unfortunately, the weather was HOT all week long! We’re from St. Louis so we know hot weather!

Seth was extremely responsive, helpful, patient with all of our questions, and johnny-on-the-spot when we needed help at the house. The furniture was new and comfortable. The seating for all eleven of us was easy and we could gather together inside and outside. The beds were comfy and the hot tub and pool were perfect. Using the elevetor to move in and out made life so much easier. We loved the lighting the spaciousness so much that we are ready to book again. Next time we will remember to bring sharp knives that haven't been used by so many people and maybe a plastic cutting board for meat that can be put in one of the two dishwasters. We did a lot of cooking so we needed a few more things that others might not, but there were lots of spices to choose from. We planned to go to another state next year, but found this house to be perfect and Seth so enjoyable that we plan to return here rather than our previous plans.

Plenty of room on Lake Hamilton. Built for vacation rental so everything was more than adequate. Extra amenities were outstanding. As with all rentals however, vacation comes to a screeching hault on departure day when you get to strip the beds, take out the trash, load and start the dishwasher in spite of a more than hefty “cleaning” fee.

Wonderful experience with extended family in Arkansas. We lost a family member and booked this place to get everyone together in this time before burial. This house provided private couples rooms, amazing sunset views, pool for children and hot tub for relaxation. A wide open kitchen & dining space is the biggest draw to this space, so we can have everyone together to eat. The space is very clean with a few thoughtful features such as 2 fridge, sink, and dish washers. Ice boxes are a novelty, bringing pleasant surprise. Other family members live on the lake and we were able to use the dock to board passengers onto a boat. The putting green is a big draw for the golfers and those aspire to be. The owners/caretakers are respectful and honest.The need to clean up after yourself is a bit difficult with so many family members, but understandable, as there could be so much mess in such a space. Taking our own trash out may be a bit of an oversight which had us panicked towards the end. Some boat ties would be great as well, to make that feature functional. Be careful not to create wake in the residential area.Overall, a great experience, especially for extended families.

The decorations and color scheme gave us all the feel of being on the beach (Destin). The part of the home facing the lake was a beautiful site for us as we watched the sun set each evening. The pool was amazing and enjoyed by our sons. While the adults enjoyed the jacuzzi. Basic necessities were initially provided and we brought our own for use. The master bedroom and bathroom was extremely huge. Mattresses were comfortable and the temperature of the home was perfect. Overall our stay was perfect. The host provided his information in the event that we had any issues, but we didn’t have any problems at all! I would definitely recommend!

This vacation home was a 5 star experience. It accommodated our whole, family! We had 22 people in this home from babies to adults. Everyone had a blast. There was enough bathrooms, room to play games, relax, take naps and just hang out. It was hard to leave and go site see because the house was so comfortable. Seth was awesome to work with, if we decide to have another family reunion here will will be back that is a guarantee.

Weather was way-better than forecasted. Layout of the property is totally on point- all 3 levels; full-size restrooms for each bedroom-an absolute WIN-WIN + Washer & Dryer on both floors with bedrooms!! The 2s still have my❤️ smiling; 2 fridges, 2 microwaves, 2 dishwashers, 2 ice makers accompany 3 separate sinks, each with diposals‼️
IF I didn't mention, the layout is IMMACULATE 😉
Only negative experience was plumbing problems for roughly a day & 1/2 on New Years Eve that property manager Seth directed immediate attention! Disappointed local plumbers flaked on or refused to provide service because it was NYE. Customer service norm????
Deck/balcony/patio lights gave us problems the 1st night so having service assistance onsight / early the next morning helped as he changed-out bulbs so,maybe checking such amenities after every few visits could prove beneficial, if not already the norm. Plumbing limitations ultimately delayed meal preparation that also took time away / replaced some sightseeing activities, etc. I am hopefully expecting management/owners take the unfortunate experience into consideration and of
incentivize accordingly.

Elevator worked intermittently. Not a problem for us, but if you have people who will rely on it, it should be looked at.
