very central location, well stocked kitchen for self catering and useful location, plenty supermarkets shops in area
we had a little difficulty trying to get into the 1st main door downstairs before we got the keys in the lockbox, the code instructions were a little confusing, we eventually got inside when maintenance man let us in.

The host was very friendly, proactive, and easy to communicate with. She provided thorough instructions and even recommended an area where we could park for free. The neighborhood itself is quiet and convenient, with two grocery stores nearby and several points of interest within walking distance.
This listing was a mixed experience. The unit has significant humidity problem coming through the windows, which has led to visible mold on the walls and ceiling. Noise was another issue, as the upstairs neighbors were very loud and the stairwell has poor soundproofing. Additionally, the photos in the listing do not accurately reflect the current condition of the space — the apartment feels rundown and not nearly as renovated as advertised.
The listing does mention that the apartment is on the 3rd floor, so just be aware that it requires climbing 56 stairs.
