Felt welcomed, there was 2 private onsens to choose from and both were great. The owners are very sweet, always helping out when you are going out to eat or going to a destination. I am definitely coming here again every time I come to hakone!

The property was clean, beautiful, and peaceful. The private onsen is amazing and it never felt like we had to wait too long to use it. The couple who owns the ryokan are absolutely amazing. They were so warm and welcoming. The rain was bad during our stay so the owner personally drove us to and from dinner and also to the train station. It felt like we were staying with our grandparents. I cannot recommend this ryokan enough.

Fantastic hotel with world-class hospitality! The hosts are incredibly friendly and accommodating. They gave us a thorough tour of the facilities when we arrived and went completely out of their way to help us with transit. They gave us a complimentary ride to the cable car station and even dropped us off for our bus back to the main station since we had luggage.
