The room, onsen and common areas were clean and exactly as shown in the pictures. Everything was well maintained and as described. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. We really appreciated their complimentary snacks and morning coffee.

A very comfortable stay,in a nice quiet area. The use of the natural spring bath was lovely and relaxing. Having a use of a washing was perfect. The complementary refreshments was a lovely touch. We did mind that breakfast was not provide. An easy walk down to the bus stop.
The walk back from the bus stop was on an incline,which could make it slight difficult if carrying luggage .Otherwise everything was lovely.

Lovely accomodation. The room was very comfortable for two people. We really enjoyed the onsen experience.
The location is a bit further from Gora station than expected, due to a hill. I would recommend taking the bus. The hike to the station from the hotel can be challenging

Great location - a short walk and one stop bus ride to the Gora train and bus station, which is the center of the Kahone area transportation network.
No food or beverages (other than tea and coffee) on property. Information about nearby places to eat was sparse.
