Everything was clean and in good condition. The room was cosy and warm with a fantastic view of the surrounding mountains. The location is great and it is very quiet - we slept so well because of this and the very comfortable bed. It is a family run place and the staff are extremely friendly, kind and helpful - always checking to see if we were alright and if they could help us in any way. They helped us arrange our travel out of Mestia too. The breakfast they offer is HUGE, home made and contains many regional foods. Overall, we loved our stay here and would definitely stay again if we come back to Mestia.

I wish there was an option for more than EXCEPTIONAL in the staff category. They went out of their way to make sure that I had an excellent experience. They were so friendly and so kind, I am really grateful. Also, don't miss the breakfast! Everything in Villa Babuda is made with love and care. I 100% recommend this place!

Really fantastic hospitality from Tamta and her mum. They went above and beyond for our group making it a stay we didn't want to end. Great breakfasts and dinner. Comfortable rooms, in a new building. Location is great, a short walk to the centre of Mestia, without all the bustle and traffic.
Not much to mention. Maybe more hooks needed in the rooms to hang ski clothes to dry?
