The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was equipped with a shower curtain, which seems to be quite rare in Georgia. The location is perfect for avoiding noise from the roads and the more crowded tourist areas near the centre, which is just 5–10 minutes on foot.
The reception girl was fluent in English, very polite, and extremely helpful. Thanks to her advice, I was able to do a full‑day hike from Mestia to Peak 3328 through Korludi Lake to see the glaciers and Ushba — it was fantastic.
Maybe this is not limited to this facility, but the water from the tap and shower was incredibly refreshing and icy cold — perfect for drinking and cooling down after hiking.
I also asked for a lunch box instead of breakfast since I was starting my walk very early in the morning. The box wasn’t designed to be carried in a backpack, but I could take the sandwiches with me and eat the rest before leaving (an egg, cheeze, tomato, tiny packs of yogurt). It was delicious and enough in volume.
You can also take cereals, tea and coffee freely in the spacious dining room.
The Wi‑Fi signal in the room was weak, so I had to go out to the stairs to get a stable connection. There were chairs and small desks there, which made it comfortable to sit and use the internet.

The host is very helpfull and open. She was ready to help with transfer to Kutaisi and gabr good advices.
The breakfast was good and plenty, but more or less continental. I would appreciate more local options (bread, cakes, cheese). Georgian cuisine is great, continental is boring ;)

The hostess was nice the price reasonable.
. The breakfast good. The room was small , and the sharp corners of the furniture created a hazard. The beds were very hard and uncomftable one of them was broken.
