CENTRAL AIR and heat,fireplace, gas BBQ, new appliances, and outside patio . This unit offers easy access to the beach and boardwalk. It's equipped with everything you could ever need for a great vacation. Features include a fully set-up kitchen with Keurig coffee maker, Wi-Fi ,Keyless entry , smart TV's with cable in the living room and each bedroom, washer and dryer, beach chairs, umbrellas and boogie boards and pack and play, 1 covered and off street parking space .

The property was perfect for our stay. Location was close to the shops and excellent coffee! Parking was easy. The kitchen was well stocked with coffee, snacks and water bottles- always a big plus. Beds are comfortable and the place was super clean. We especially enjoyed the living so we could watch some college football and movies. Highly recommend this property. The only thing that wasn’t “perfect” was you could hear the folks upstairs waking around but we’re early risers so it didn’t bother us at all! Overall it exceeded our expectations! We’ll be back again for sure.

Our family of 5 came to the Newport Beach area to attend a wedding. We were looking for a house that would allow us to go on walks, grab coffee and cook quick meals. Ron's house was perfect! First, the location is ideal for shopping, dining or just exploring the waterfront. The area seems to be primarily vacation rentals so there were a lot of people out and about the whole time. That said, it was very quiet. I never heard a peep. The only inconvenience truly is that the city shutoff our water one evening for repairs, but we got plenty of headsup and planned around it. Second, the beds are comfy and Ron truly has thought of everything. There's a grocery store right off the island with a pharmacy next door. We made frequent trips and loved the convenience. The furnishings are quite stylish and the spacious master bath was a treat. All in all a phenomenal place. We have stayed at many rentals over the years and this ranks at the top. Nicely done, Ron!

The location couldn’t be more perfect - one short block off the main avenue on Balboa Island. Restaurants less than 2 blocks away, a short walk to the water, and just a great place to be. The house was perfect for our 2 families, and when we had more people drop by for a quick visit, it was a great space to get together and coordinate plans. The rooms were lovely — new, spacious, well appointed, and very comfortable. Nice kitchen for making our own breakfasts. Great amenities, like Keurig coffee maker. Dining table that comfortably seats 6-8, nice sliding doors and patio made the inside connect to the outside easily. We had a lovely time. Would highly recommend.

Spent a week's vacation at this beautiful location. Accommodations were just as described, and couldn't have had a better time! Any minor issues were addressed immediately. Ron was a great host. Recommend this to anyone looking to get away. Looking to do it again soon!

The property was exactly as described, only better! It was so clean, you would have thought we were the first renters! Ron left us a bottle of wine and welcome basket of snacks, which is such a welcoming touch. The decorating was tasteful and the beds were comfortable. Thank you Ron, for taking such good care of us.

Ron’s place is one of the best located that we have ever stayed on the island. The place was very clean, modern, had everything we needed — and was an easy walk to all the coffee shops, restaurants, and sites we wanted to see. Bonus was the covered parking and patio! Communication was great too! We would highly recommend.

We were visiting for a few days for a celebration of life. The property, host, and location helped make the event less stressful for all of us. Beautiful location and amazing little touches by the host. Will look to stay there again for a more family style vacation.

There were 5 of us friends staying at this house and we all agreed that out of the last 35 years of coming to Corona Del Mar/NewPort beach ares for our annual holiday shopping trip this was probably our favorite house and location! It was one of the smaller houses we’ve stayed in but it was clean & comfortable and no stairs to carry up our suitcases!! We had plenty of couch and seating area to watch our favorite Xmas hallmark movies after a long day of shopping! We walked to dinner most nights which was super convenient and the restaurants were great! We were greeted with a bowl full of snacks and drinks which was a very welcoming touch! We are definitely reserving this house again for next year! Thank you again, Lou Ann
