Living room with 4K TV, dining area, eat in kitchen with TV, new appliances, 2 coffee makers, den with TV, Music ,computer and printer, wifi everywhere; master bedroom with king bed, TV and lounging couch,+ fan , master bath with tub and shower and 2 sinks,; 2nd suite of two twin beds in bedroom w/TV, private bath,; and hall 1/2 bath; over 1800 Sq Feet. Heated pool and hot tub 120 steps away. Safe biking with 2 bikes for tenant use. Third bedroom is a fully equiped Office that is convertible to a bedroom , which has a sleep sofa.

This property is located onithe 16th fairway of the Desert Falls golf course and provides a beautiful view of the mountains to the north. It is a quiet and safe environment. Located centrally in the valley, it is easy and quick to go anywhere from there. The host has been absolutely great for us; he has responded very quickly to our questions and requests. I would strongly recommend this place.

It was a really big space. Great location on the golf course. Everything we needed was there. Owner was responsive. Place needed some things repaired and Mark always came to assist. It could use a reallyThorough cleaning. I know the carpets did get done after we suggested that.

Owner needed to attend to some fixit items in the unit..he tried to replace a bathroom light over a sink but it never worked...also one toilet needed to be replaced...some general things like sliding doors hard to move, etc....but we thought the view and neighborhood made up for most of that
