Nestled in Ocean Isle Beach, this charming house for $225 per night is a great option for your next trip. This home is nestled in a quiet residential neighborhood located on Saucepan Creek. Our three bedroom, two bath home is everything you'll need for a quiet relaxing stay close to Ocean Isle Beach (5.6 miles) and Sunset Beach (7.6 miles). Pack your clubs as the home is close to numerous top rated Golf Courses. Relax on the back deck, swing in the hammock, bring your fishing poles to fish off the dock, explore in the creek with our four kayaks, or take a short drive to Ocean Isle or Sunset Beach. Whatever activity you choose to do, you are sure to have everything you need for a relaxing stay. The master bedroom is furnished with a king size bed. The master bath has a soaking tub, stand up shower and double vanity. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed and the third bedroom has two twin beds. The couch in the living room has a pull out bed with a double mattress. The living room and master bedroom both have flat screen TV's with ROKU and wireless access so you can connect to your favorite apps using your own password. The house has a washer and dryer, iron and ironing board, 12 cup drip coffee maker as well as a Keurig, toaster, and microwave oven in the kitchen. The kitchen has all essential items needed. Linens and towels are provided for your convenience. Because our home is located on a tidal creek, our dock does not accommodate boats. You will be able to see the Shallotte River and Intracoastal Waterway from the dock. The creek is not for swimming. Please be aware that the bottom of the creek is filled with oyster shells. We recommend shoes when kayaking.

Quiet neighborhood with all the amenities. Located 10 min from the beach, and a quick 45 min drive from Myrtle Beach and Wilmington. We enjoyed using the fishing equipment provided, and the backyard to was peaceful with the hammock and back deck. A dollar general is within minutes Incase you forget anything!!

My family and I had a great time staying at your home on SaucePan Creek. We love the OIB area but this was our first time on a creek and it did not disappoint. We found the home to be exactly as advertised, if not better. Everything in the home and yard was clean and well cared for. The neighborhood is so quiet and relaxing yet still only a few minutes to shops and beach. The yard was big enough for the kids to run and play and they especially enjoyed the tree swing and hammock. We also had a great time hanging out on the dock - fishing, crabbing, and watching the wildlife. The kayaks are an added bonus that we took advantage of and enjoyed cruising up and down the creek. Thank you for sharing your home - we will definitely be back!

This was our second time staying at this house and everything was just as good as the first time. The house is in a good location close to Holden, Ocean Isle and Sunset beach. The house is always clean and the owner is easy to communicate with, overall a great stay.

This is a fantastic property!! A beautiful home, very clean with plenty of space, a great lot and location! It is close enough to the beach but without all the traffic and noise! We want to stay here again. The whole family loved it! We cooked inside and on the gas grill out on the deck overlooking a marsh. We found everything perfect!!

Unfortunately, we were in the area for a family funeral. It was fine for what we needed. Only recommendation would be to have two hairdryers. 3 women! Thank you!

Tons of space, lots of essentials in the home that saved us a lot of time and money. My kids had a blast in the spacious yard and pier. Got to enjoy some fishing as well as convenient access to the beach. Neighborhood was quiet and tucked away, perfect getaway spot! Will definitely go back again.

This is our 3rd year in a row of renting this property! It never disappoints. Ocean Isle Beach is only a few minutes drive away. Best part of property is the fishing and crabbing in the backyard. This year we had another family stayed with us and they loved it as well. Will continued to recommend this place year after year!

Enjoyed the layout of the home and quiet neighborhood. The house was very clean and comfortable. My husband enjoyed fishing and crabbing. I enjoyed lazing in the hammock and shopping in Shallotte. It is a nice drive to the ocean and to N. Myrtle Beach. We met a friendly group at Coastline Baptist church who invited us to stay for a fabulous 4th of July picnic! Love the Southern hospitality and friendliness of the area.

This was our 3rd stay at this property in 3 years and we loved it! The house is comfortable and clean. We fished from the dock every day and spent several days at Ocean Isle Beach. Had dinner at Inlet View, which is just down the street and was awesome. Thanks for another great stay - we hope to return next summer!

We stayed at this property for 3 nights and could not be happier with it! We met my brother and his teen boys along with my teen boys. They were able to fish and kayak and enjoyed each others company. Sunset was beautiful. This home is absolutely a dream vacation and we would love to come back soon!

Of all the vacation places I have rented over the years, this was by far the best place to stay. The pictures do not do justice to how nice this property is with the room and amenity's. The owners were fantastic to work with and would highly recommend this for anyone to rent. Our family stayed for a long weekend and age range was from 11-88 and there was something for everyone.

Home is inviting, cozy, immaculately clean, and convenient to everything. Perfect size home and setup. Master bed is uncomfortable but that wouldn’t deter me from renting this property again. We loved the dock and the ability to sit there and fish all day in private. The whole property is just beautiful and serene.
