Great Beach Home on Quiet End of Town
About this house rental
Located in Fire Island, this attractive house for $800 per night is a great option for your next trip. Check in and out is always on a Monday during peak season. Great house located on the quiet end of Ocean Bay Park. This air conditioned beach house has four bedrooms, living room, dining area, kitchen (including dishwasher) and 2 bathrooms. You also have access to a washer and dryer. We supply all pillows, sheets and towels. There is a great deck with outdoor dining and lounge area and grill on the south side of the house right off the kitchen to enjoy summer BBQ's. Also we have an outdoor shower to rinse the salty water and sand from your day at the beach. The house comes fully equipped with bicycles, beach chairs and beach umbrellas! The beach is a short walk at the end of the road. Ferry service from Bay Shore lands you in the heart of the Ocean Bay Park. Downtown Ocean Bay Park features bay front dining at Schooners and Flynn’s, a pizza parlor, ice cream shop, bagel store & deli, grocery store, and a bicycle rental shop. Nearby town of Ocean Beach is a 15-20 minute walk. Ocean Beach is where you will find shops, restaurants and bars. Things to know: This home is only accessible via ferry. Be sure to check out www.fireislandferries.com for all ferry schedules. Free WiFi There are strict good neighbor and noise policies for this home in addition to no parties allowed at any time. We supply 3 rolls of paper towels, 4 rolls of toilet per bathroom. UPDATE 2024 - Completely updated kitchen for this season. Pictures will be uploaded upon completion.

My friends and I had a great weekend. The house was perfect and the host were great. They communicated when needed and provided us with great suggestion for food and fun. The house had everything we needed and it was so great to have enough bikes for all of us to enjoy. It’s located a short walk from the ferry and about 20 min to ocean bay park. I’m looking forward to going back next year. Thank you

House was great for our party of 10 friends. Clean, well kept property that was super close to the beach. Loved having bikes and beach chairs available for use, and Kim was very responsive when we had questions.

We had a group of 7 stay for a long weekend and it was perfect! The house is well appointed and clean. The location couldnt be better, quick walk from ferry and beach. The bikes were a big hit too!

Fantastic house! Plenty of room for a family of 12, very clean, and stocked with all of the essentials for Fire Island. Plenty of brand new beach chairs and bikes to enjoy. Would definitely stay again, Kim was a great host :)

This home is a typical beach house with all the amenities except toilet paper. Bring your own, they supply one roll each bathroom. We were given the wrong combination for the wagon so us 2 old ladies had to deal with transporting our supplies to the house.. Ugg that was no fun! There was a musky smell in some rooms, , I believe it was from AC filters. They need to be cleaned. We enjoyed ourselves, it was perfect for our gang.

The house was exactly as shown in the listing, about 5 minutes from the beach on a quiet area. We were a party of 7 adults and one toddler and it was a perfect size for us. Kim was really responsive to any queries we had. Hope to stay there again.

Great Weekend
Great location and the pictures are an accurate representation of the property. Kim was very responsive. A ton of beach chairs and bikes as well. Our group had a great time!

Amazing Beach Rental!!
Check in and out was very easy, house was extremely clean, interior was adorable, and the location was absolutely perfect! It was a great home for our group of 9 adults and a newborn and we enjoyed being in a quieter area of the beach. We loved being able to use the bikes, wagon, and beach chairs. It made out stay so stress free. I highly recommend and hope to stay again next summer!

Just Perfect!
This clean cute home was perfect! A short walk to the beach. Plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas and beach towels. Bikes for a nice ride into Ocean Beach or around the area. Only a 20 min walk into Ocean Beach. We also loved the deck outside for morning coffee. The owner Kim responds quickly to any questions. We would love to come back to Kim’s home again

Perfect getaway with cousins!
We were so lucky to find this gem in ocean bay park for our cousins weekend! House was clean and well stocked with towels bikes and beach chairs. Host was very responsive! House was centrally located and easy walk to beach and bars; would love to rent again!

The location is perfect. Eat walk to beach and Ocean Beach. Kitchen well appointed and the grill in the deck was great. The beds were really comfortable too which is unusual on Fire Island. We would definitely rent again. Kim was really easy to work with.

I stayed here with some friends the only issue is we were a little loud after 10 and the neighbors took some exception with that, other than that this place is perfect and thank you to the host for everything provided.

Perfect Week!
We really enjoyed our stay! The house was perfect for 7 people, and came equipped with all you need to have fun. The beds were soft and comfortable. There were plenty of bikes for everyone to enjoy a ride around on at the same time. There is even a smaller bike for younger kids!

Close to everything!
My friends and I stayed here this past weekend and this house DID NOT disappoint. The owner was very friendly and responded to my questions immediately. The house is SUPER clean and comes with plenty of beach and shower towels. A huge plus were the bikes that we were able to use around town. The beach is down the block, a very quick and easy walk! The bbq grill was a plus for the Fourth of July. We definitely would love to stay at this house again!

Perfect place for a family or friends’ stay
Everything about Kim’s property is spot on: the location, the place itself, the amenities. In fact the pictures do not do it justice! We had a splendid and unforgettable time. Communication was easy, fast and accurate. She is a very gracious host. I would definitely recommend her house in a heartbeat. We will be back!!
