Nestled in Taos, this charming condo for $108 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Comfortable, well appointed, and wonderfully maintained two bedroom condo close to the heart of it all! Spacious condo with 2 full size bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, living room, office/dining room, kitchen with frost-free fridge, dishwasher, Keurig etc. The perfect getaway for any traveler wanting to be a part of Taos! Larger than most condos in town. The location is outstanding! Situated on a sought after residential street and only a stone's throw away from all the magic Taos has to offer. The neighborhood is home to many fine restaurants and shops. The Kit Carson Park is just a few blocks away. Perfect for jogging, biking or taking in the amazing view. Please note that parking is limited and there is a strict HOA ordinance disallowing any RV's, trailers, campers, or camper shells on the property.

lovely home near town
Spacious and inviting property -- loved the radiant heat floors, fireplace, and carved woodwork! Greg was super to communicate with and all logistics were easy. We would definitely return.

Large condo, easy access to town. Fenced space for the dogs, plenty of room for everything!! Very large condo for 'in town' Taos, was really surprised at the size !! We were in town for both business and pleasure and this condo was in the perfect location for both. The upper deck gets great sun too ! I would recommend Gregs condo to anyone!! Enjoy!!

Just Right

Unexpected Surprises
Lots of Stuff in closet, little hang space. 18 steps to loft, slick -needs traction. Not for older couples/ difficult. NO cable TV.

This property could use a touch-up! The outside was unkempt and not exactly welcoming.
The inside was clean, except for cobwebs, but needs a do over! The couch is old and uncomfortable, the chairs had grey slabs of foam. The kitchen cupboards were filled with chipped plates/bowls, the drawers were filled will random odds and ends and the cleaning supplies were all bunched up in the bathroom. The closets in downstairs bedroom were stuffed. The pillows on the beds need to be replaced. I think this spot was probably lovely 10-15 years ago but it's had a lot of use, wear and tear. Greg was very friendly and I'm sorry to have to say all of the above but it's true...you can't put lipstick on a pig!

Very nice and roomy. Loved the Spanish themed interior - tile work, log and plaster ceilings, etc. Beautiful landscape and pond with small waterfall. Very convenient to Taos Plaza. Would highly recommend.

We stayed here for six nights while completing a book manuscript. The place was spacious, comfortable and easy. It had everything we needed, and was walking distance from a local park for morning walks, restaurants, and the plaza. Highly recommend for friends coming to Taos to hike, bike, families, etc. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you could need. The upstairs bedroom is suitable for parents with young kids and has a great big porch. Highly recommend!

Cool townhouse in the perfect location
We loved staying in this colorful and well stocked townhouse. My husband and I used the upstairs bedroom and our adult daughter had privacy in the main floor bedroom. The second floor deck is awesome. We were able to walk to activities and restaurants in the Plaza area. I highly recommend.

Super clean, short walk to downtown
This property was very clean with a fully furnished kitchen. Comfortable beds with lots of space, especially upstairs bedroom which would be perfect for a family with small children. Front courtyard was pleasant for breakfast. Property owner quickly responded to all my texts. We would definitely stay at this property again.

Great home in awesome neighborhood
The home is located an easy 5 minute stroll to the plaza. It is beautifully decorated and the grounds are perfectly maintained. We had a great stay and will definitely be back! One small recommendation is bring your iron! There is no iron in the residence. Thank you Greg for lsharing your piece of heaven!

EXCEEDED EXPECTATIONS!
This place was perfect! Felt exactly like a home away from home just waiting for us. It was even bigger than it seemed in photographs and so warm and comfortable. We felt so welcome. The homeowner was so easy to communicate with and always very helpful. Instructions were clear and everything was very easy to use and make sense of. The location can't be beat. Right at the cutest part of town and close to everything. The upstairs is a HUGE room with a King bed on one side and a Queen on the other. There are multiple balconies and patios. We grilled steak on the grill. Had snowball fights. The jets in the tub made for some hot tub style thawing out after playing the snow. We made a fire every night and cooked in the large and perfectly equipped kitchen. It felt luxurious to have the whole place to ourselves. And we felt super comfortable having our dogs there! I honestly can't say enough good things about this place and the homeowner and our experience there. It felt like a home but not like "someone else's home." It fit us like a glove. I've already recommended it to 4 friends and we will definitely be back in the future!

Had a lovely time staying here! Clean, spacious, and very convenient location for Taos. The house fits four more than comfortably and we were able to have our two dogs with us. Greg was so easy to communicate with and made check-in/check-out super easy and straight forward. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Great space in Taos
Greg was a great host & was quick to respond to any questions. There was plenty of space for our family of five & the kids loved having their own space upstairs. Loved that there was still a working VHS player & tapes. Ferris Bueller and Princess Bride in their original format! We remembered to “Be kind-rewind”. The courtyard is beautiful and a shady place in the evening. There are no sidewalks between the condo and the main road to the main plaza but the road isn’t too busy & seemed the locals walked in the streets as well. Only a 5-10 minute walk depending on if you stop & talk to the horses along the way.

Perfect Taos Home
Whoever left this place a bad review probably has a history of leaving bad reviews. This place was perfect in every way and the decor and architecture of this home absolutely gave it the feel of how a home in Taos would be like. Not only that, this home was super spacious.
