Sehr tolle,saubere,schöne Platz

Sehr schöne Anlage und unserer Apartment war so schön, modern eingerichtet und picobello sauber. Zentrale Lage. Alles schnell erreichbar. Bei dem Zimmer im Erdgeschoss hat man direkt einen Zugang zum Pool.

Comfortable Stay

The place was simple yet cozy. It was tidy and had a compact layout. We particularly enjoyed the pool, and the air conditioning worked well. Additionally, it was conveniently located near the city center. The beds were comfortable, and we had a good night's sleep.

The host was absent, and we encountered difficulties with security when trying to access the keys from the room post box in the lobby. The road leading to the apartment was extremely muddy due to ongoing road works. The shower was acceptable, though not exceptional.

Pool was great, kids loved the waterslide. Great location.

Location is perfect. Facilities of the apartment are excellent. Swimming pool(s) are great. Security is efficient and smooth. AC is good.

The collection of the keys was not smooth as it was supposed to be through a lock box attached to the door of the apartment itself, however you needed the keys to access the main gate at the entrance of the compound as well as open the main door of the building itself before you take the elevator to get to the floor where the apartment exists. Another issue I experienced was the construction outside the compound. For the whole duration of my stay there was a nonstop excavation work that created a big mess for everyone. The compound was inaccessible for long hours in some cases. Sure, this is not an issue of the unit itself, but it added to the discomfort. The cleaning must also be added to the cost - arrange your own cleaning service or ask the owner to arrange it for you at an extra cost. The Gym was basic and very small. The view is towards the back of the compound looking at a steel and equipment storage - quite bad.

Had a great stay, everything was all good with the facilities and the location.

The pool and the gym, the way the it lights up at night time looks super cool. Felt safe as well because the amount of security guards.

Access to the entrance due to roadworks, hopefully it will be fixed up soon.

Conveniently placed. And facilities very good

Unfortunately through no fault of the complex there Is major work going on outside where each day they dig up the road. And it’s dangerous not only for people but even the businesses trying to earn some money. Hopefully the road is finished soon.

Great location, the property was nice, and the host was very communicative and helpful. The steam room was helpful after a late night😉. Would absolutely stay there again!

The apartment was modern and clean. The swimming pool with slide was huge.

We were a group of 4 women. The majority of the other inhabitants seemed single men.

will look for somewhere else to stay next time

Lots, I was booked to check in at 230pm on arrival I was told the room would be ready for another 2 hoursas it was still being cleaned. But the cleaner wasnt in the room and didnt get there till after I arrived.I wasnt impressed and rang the host who basical told me bad luck they had lots of to clean to which I hung up the phone as her manner was not what I call good customer service. Especially travelling down from Bangkok and not told till I arrived that the room wasnt ready.

Amazing for even a longer period of time and affordable.

The apartment was amazing and clean. It is very quiet during nights, considering the nightlife is literally just outside. It has a coffee machine, pans and other equipment like that. Amazing pool and the locations is very good, since there is a lot of restaurants and bars nearby. Also - can't forget the massage places just next to the hotel 😈. Also every room has a TV with Netflix etc. Very very comfortable. Definetly staying here next year.

Only 2 rolls of toilet paper (two bathrooms), no toothpaste and that's about it.

Superb

1.The girl named Min is so classy and amazing, and she is the biggest reason I liked the place, honestly. 2.The location is close to everything. 3.Quiet place. 4.The staff of the place is great always smiling.

1.The internet is very weak and does not work most of the time. 2.There is no free daily room cleaning service. 3.There are many ants in the room, and this, for me, is the most annoying thing.

Would definitely book again. Personally found it much better than a hotel.

Great location, really nice spacious rooms and host was very accommodating. Lovely pool which was never full. Good security at the gate. plenty of places to eat and drink just short distances away.

Location was perfect, in the middle of Pattaya Central which the apartment was close to transport, restaurants, shops, bars and 5-10 min alk to the beach.
