The hotel is amazing. The location is perfect—right next to beautiful hiking trails, with direct access from the hotel into a forest where the hikes begin. It’s about a 30-minute hike to a lake and around 1 hour to reach the Rheinschlucht.
The staff is very friendly and helpful, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The spa and gym are excellent. It’s a great option both for short stays and for longer stays, as the hotel is very well equipped for cooking and comfortable living.

Location was great. Close to forest and hiking availability.Coop Pronto close by, huge bonus.
When we bought a ticket to the Senda dip dragon the staff did not inform us about additional option like buying the balls so kids could enjoy better.

Clean room with all necessary equipment. Nice area of spa, well equipped gym, close to the ski resort with shuttle.

Spa, large rooms, clean
The extra charges were ridiculous!
Parking: 20.- per night
Dog: 20.- per night
Bedding: 20.- per person per night!
Kurtax: 5.- per person per night!
Breakfast: 20.- per person per breakfast (and the food available was only semi-decent and the choices were limited)
We ended up having to pay 1/3 on top of what we had already paid into booking.com!
