It was a severely unhygienic experience

The location was nice and accessible. We didnt really have a problem with the size of the appartment, it is what we expected Our visit in valenica was nice, the appartment was another story

Objectively, the apartment was not cleaned properly. First off, when we went to the bathroom, we noticed hairs and stains on both toilet seats and the bath. The beds also had visible stains. Second, cockroaches were spotted all over the apartment. They were spotted in the kitchen, the showers and even in one of the bedrooms. We were not notified beforehand of this issue. This could pose health risks, by spreading germs. Third, one of the pipes connecting to the air conditioning was contaminated with black colored mold. This could have caused health risks for us, but also future tenants. Fourth, out of the drain of the bath came out a larva, which is presumed to be a larva of a sewage fly. This means that the drainage system of the bath also is not cleaned. The booking.com page also advertised that there was a “hot tub” additionally to the bath, there was however, no hot tub, only one bath with a bubble bath feature that didn’t work. When we confronted the owner of the apartment, she denied that there was a bubble bath/hot tub at all, and told us the cockroaches were there, due to the apartment being old, while disregarding the larva and the moldy air conditioning. In conclusion, this place poses serious health risks for future tenants and it is not advised you stay here.

Ideal location and certainly worked for us

Location was ideal and good size apartment with two bathrooms so good for a group of friends

The apartment feels just a little bit "tired" and one of the showers had a leaky hose connection.

Lo céntrico del apartamento, las instrucciones fueron precisas, era amplio, comodo y había una cantidad adecuada de toallas.

Pues un piso con instalaciones un poco viejas, había pequeños visitantes (cucarachas pequeñas) por la antigüedad del piso se puede entender, nos dijeron que había una cafetera Nespresso y era una tassimo, las cápsulas no son iguales y la cafetera de puchero tirenla y compren una nueva por favor. No tiene ascensor, la insonorización brilla por su ausencia, se oye todo del exterior, el fin de semana los sábados, jaleo.
