The Baskins Creek complex sits alongside a creek of the same name in the center of downtown Gatlinburg. You can catch the Gatlinburg Trolley right out front, or walk three blocks north to the Parkway to visit beloved attractions that include Ripley’s Aquarium of the Smokies, Ripley's Believe It or Not!, the Hollywood Star Cars Museum, and the quaint Village Shoppes. The property is one mile east of the aerial tram and skate rink at Ober Gatlinburg and one mile north of Great Smoky Mountains National Park, where you can spend your days taking scenic drives and observing wildlife in Cades Cove. Pigeon Forge, only eight miles north, is home to the ever-iconic Dollywood, wonderful outlets and stores, and several renowned dinner theaters as well. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. An on-site, 866-square-foot conference room with a kitchenette is available for a nominal fee. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. This property is managed by Vacasa Tennessee LLC. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. This rental is located on floor 1. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Condo was clean and walking distance to downtown. Parking was easy. Check in was a smooth process. Condo had everything we needed in the kitchen. Bring your own flat bottom coffee filters if you prefer making a large put of brew. The condo bathrooms are a bit dated but that’s to be expected. Everything was spotless clean and comfortable. Balcony overlooks the pool. You can definitely walk to town.

The location was perfect and just a short walk from all of the activity. Parking was easy. The keyless entry was nice, but not always convenient (when I didn't have my phone on me and couldn't remember the code to get into the building) The condo itself was incredibly clean with plenty of space for our family to sleep, eat dinner as a family, play games and enjoy each other's company. Having an in-unit washer and dryer was a great option for us. I wish I would have thought about bringing dishwasher detergent, extra trash bags and food storage containers, but the kitchen was well-stocked with dishes, pots/pans and cooking utensils. Internet was spotty, (and sometimes didn't work at all), which made it difficult to plan some of our day trips, but otherwise our stay would have been outstanding! Clean pool area too; lots of space for many families to swim or enjoy the hot tub. Highly recommend!

The condo was exactly as described. So close to everything, was amazing being able to walk. Only gripes were it didn't hold heat well at all, and there were no extra linens. Good thing our 5th backed out last minute or they would have had no blankets. It doesn't make sense to advertise a place that sleeps 8, but only have the blankets on the 6 beds. Other than that, I would book again.

My boyfriend and I took our combined families for a Christmas celebration to Gatlinburg and stayed here. The condo was cute and even decorated for the holiday! Everything was perfect. The only exception to that is that because of our family dynamics we needed to utilize the sofa bed but there were no sheets or blankets for it. I wasn't sure how to reach the management as there was never anyone around to talk to. Had i known they didn't provide bedding for this, we could have brought our own. That was the only downfall but we made due with what we had. We were only staying 2 nights so we made it work. Otherwise this place was so wonderful! It was perfectly located close to downtown Gatlinburg which meant we could walk everywhere and didn't have to pay for parking. We'd definitely stay here again!

Baskins Creek 112 was fantastic! We were there for 3 nights in early August. The complex seems pretty new, and the condo itself was very clean and well furnished. The Jacuzzi tub was a hit with our teenage daughter. The condo is a 5-minute walk to Ripley's Aquarium, Anakeesta, and the main area of shops and restaurants, yet its location up the hill provides peace and quiet. The pool area was very nice. My only suggestion for improvement is to get a private router for the unit: the wifi was spotty and unsecured. We definitely would stay there again.

Room was nice, clean, close to the main strip. Don't expect extra things such as salt and pepper or paper goods that might be left behind by other people. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils, plates, and cookware. Very comfortable.

The property is in very nice condition. It is very secure and even has some covered parking. It was very clean and comfortable. Location is fantastic. No need to get in the car and fight traffic and parking. Just walk a couple blocks and you are on the parkway. We will be back!

Very nice accommodations, with a pool for the kids! Walking distance to almost everything we were trying to do in Gatlinburg. Would stay here again!
