Overall a great experience, just arrive before dark to make sure you can find your way up the roads.

Excellent location as far as proximity to downtown Gatlinburg. Very close to all the restaurants/attractions. The cabin was roomy and had an absolutely spectacular view. It is about 5 minutes from the top of Ober Gatlinburg, so you can ride the tram down and enjoy the strip without fighting traffic.

The beds were not very comfortable, but that is a small price to pay for the views/location. The roads leading to the cabin are very sharp/narrow, so it may not be suitable for a trailer or very large vehicle. The cabin was clean enough, but it definitely needs a good deep cleaning to rid the cobwebs on furniture and showers. Again, I’m just nit picking. Overall, it was a great experience.

Loved our stay and would definitely return!

Very clean! Great views and loved the hot tub! Ten minutes to downtown Gatlinburg and entrance to national park. Easy to find with GPS, but roads may be challenging to some people. Saw 3 bears when we were leaving one morning!

The scenery. I liked the tram ride from Ober mountain to downtown gatlinburg It was a pretty amazing experience... .

Idk... really Gatlinburg and Bear camp cabin rental were fanamenal really can't complain...

Very good

Location was great. Cabin was exactly as described. Perfect for our family of 4. They did not have a crazy amount of requests like some airbnbs we've stayed at.

The cabin has not been updated for a while which is OK but the outlets were worn out to where the charging bricks would not stay in. The dishwasher did not clean the dishes at all even with pre-rinsing.

1st floor bed mattress and box springs came off frame twice. only 2 burners worked.

everything was great except for the hot tub , had no chlorine , black mold , my daughter got a rash from it , we didn’t

the hot tub had black mold the fireplace had black smoke coming out of it , was useless

Weekend in the Mountains

I absolutely loved the charm of this cabin. It was clean, comfortable and beautiful. The view was gorgeous.

Because we drove in winter in a snow storm, actually driving up the mountain to get to the cabin was a little bit stressful. I would definitely recommend good tires, good drivers and good directions

The cabin was clean and cute with beautiful views. I would stay here again.

The mattress on the downstairs bedroom was worn out. Seemed like we were on a slant all night. Drains in the downstairs bathtub and sink needed cleaned out. They drained really slow.

Enjoyed our time

Good privacy and good views of the mountains.

Deck was showing its age and had soft boards. Shower head in lower bath was pretty rough.

Decent

I like the view and it was pretty affordable. Within my budget and it wasn’t all that bad.

It was very outdated. There was a leak from the first floor ceiling like right when you enter the door. I let them know about it and hopefully they get it fixed. Some of the paint and wall paper were coming off but that is an easy fix. Oh! I couldn’t forget to mention this... every night of my stay I could here raccoon or whatever scratching and walking in the ceiling and throughout the walls.
