Location and friendly, helpful staff

The location suited us as it was within relatively easy walking distance of the centre.
The car park was large and free! but the area had the feeling of an industrial estate - with a burger van in one corner of the open area.

Good location to getting to Canterbury. Easy walking distance.
Room too near the entrance door. Noise from pub and road. Stayed only 2 nights out of 3 as needed to get home.
