Reception staff were very friendly and helpful and offered useful information. The room was large clean and well furnished. Bathroom was equipped with walk in shower which was lovely. Had a meal in the restaurant which was tasty and well cooked
The shower head could do with cleaning as the water gushes out. Everything else was fine.

We booked the family room which was convenient enough and large.
Typical "traditional english hotel". Not much to complain about, nothing very special to mention either. Location convenient for us, as our main focus was not on being in the middle of the city but rather wanted to be closer to the motorway.
