The hotel was lovely, we ate both nights with a good menu and a good price. The staff were very friendly.

Great location for exploring Canterbury and good value for 2 nights. Very friendly staff
The toilet in my room was squashed between the bath and the towel rail making it very uncomfortable to go to the toilet. The hotel decor is a little dated and needs freshening.

Location and plenty of free parking
No lift. Property is tired and needs modernisation.
On our final morning there was no hot water coming out of the shower, which we think was a problem with the pump.
Also the basin and tap in our room (332) was virtually unusable due to it being very small and the water just trickles out of the tap.
